Ordered a giant #14. Ordered no mayo, was charged for cheese, and none came on it. Also no tomatoes. I don't understand how you can mess up such a simple sandwich. Many other places to go, I'll go there. Thanks jimmy johns for setting me straight. I won't be back.

With the cloudy weather, I'm out of food in the Sprinter van. The battery ran down and therefore the fridge was out of power so yesterday, I finished off the ham and cheese before it spoiled. So what's for lunch today?Jimmy John's caught my eye and rather than get my usual (which I haven't had in a couple of years), I chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. As is usual, it was prepared in a flash and I was on my way. I didn't eat it for an hour but it held up perfectly. Deliciously filled and perfectly wrapped.Good stuff that I enjoyed thoroughly and at a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: Lots of very fresh veggies!Parking: Check the signs before you pay the meter. Or better, use the app!

Found a hair in my sandwich 2 separate times. The first time they offered me a credit for a sandwich. Today my kid found a hair in the past bite of his sandwich . I personally watched him pull out a big blonde hair. No one In my family has long blonde hair. I love Jimmy johns but annoyed this keeps happening. The staff is mediocre when it comes to wowing guess!

I let a lot of things pass with restaurants. I mean people make mistakes not usually a big deal. However, when 9 times out the 10 your order is wrong, it is time to mention something.The people who take the order do wonderfully. They take my order, repeat it back, and receipt matches. When you get the sandwich you want, it tastes great! However, something happens from the register to the people making the sandwiches and at least one of my family's sandwiches have been made incorrectly or a completely different sandwich. I am not as picky, so we make do or kindly ask for the correct sandwich. Although that gets a lot of eye rolls, we should get what we paid for. We only have a family of four and the only things we ask for differently is add cheese or add turkey. Doesn't seem too much of a crazy ask. It just bums me out because the food is relatively good and healthy.

This store use to be a top notch store. Got 3 sandwiches to go last night. Ordered xtta mayo xrta onion I got none! All 3 sandwiches not cut, 2 of the sandwiches ordered gigantic...not cut! I'm not understanding the lack of pride in people's work! I know the regional manager is trying to correct the problem. It just amazes me that workers don't care!
