$47 for two bags of chips and two toasted subs with a couple measly piece of chicken and bacon. Ridiculous.

The tables were sticky. I tested 3 or 4 before I decided to ask for my sandwich to go. I had one single bite and decided to throw it away. I would also like to complain a bit about fast food joints expecting a tip. Owners / managers please pay your people correctly, this asking for tips before the service is given is crazy.

I’ve ate jimmy johns my whole life for some reason this jimmy johns always skimps on the meat and I mean always so disappointing. This will be my last time eating here atleast there’s a jersey mikes in town. At this point even subway is better than a bread sandwich.

I am a Truck driver for the last 30 years.i am on the road 6- 8 weeks at a time.i tried to make an order.i am in the missoula area at the Loves Truck stop.i was told that it just out of there area and none of the other stores would deliver.i just wanted somthing to eat.if Jimmy Johns ever ask me to haul a load for them ill be shure to tell them its out of my area.after seeing the owners responce i see the people of missoula are verry rude.and if ur food expires in a 5 min car ride it must be awful .thanks for letting me know.ill be shure not to spend any money here.

man, i’m bummed to write this but holy cow the shrinkflation!

i ordered a “cubano” which allegedly has “twice the meat” as the regular sandwiches…. mine was prepared with a totally of THREE slices of ham for the whole thing.

when i called to ask if this was perhaps, a mistake - the person on the phone said they always only use three slices.

the disappointment is real. won’t be going back - which is a bummer! i used to get jimmy johns pretty frequently but haven’t recently and was really looking forward to it.

oh well, lesson learned.

Ordered two meals with mods, asked for no tomato on my blt and for my club lulu to have bacon and peppers added... The guy at the register was very kind and attentive. He even double checked my receipt and the mods were correct on there.. I got home and we found we had 3 peppers on the lulu and no lettuce on my BLT but they added tomatoes... Very disappointed, my sandwiches were not hard and they were standing around when I arrived so no reason to mess up this bad. Don't waste your time here, go to the other Jimmy John's in town. Sadly, this is a consistent problem I've ran into at this location so I will no longer be buying from this location - no matter how inconvenient it is to go across town...

I walked in and ordered a dozen sandwiches late in the day, and the cheerful staff didn't bat an eye and executed my order in about 15 minutes.

They really do make the sandwiches SO fast. I had two sandwiches in my hand before I was done putting my PIN in the CC machine.

Every sandwich is made with FRESH ingredients. My favorite is the Italian Club with peppers. Ask if the peppers are banana or Jalapeno. The sandwich is excellent, either way or leave the peppers off. They also might hzve day old skinny bread sticks. They use to sell them for 50 cents, but now they will be happy to give you one, if u ask. Those make excellent hotdog buns, especially if you go camping or to the cabin. The subs titled Garganchuan or ( big) are smaller than the regular club sandwiches. They have Jalapeno chips in a bag as one of their flavors. You can also order a big old fashioned single cookie. It will be one of the best lunches or dinners on the go that you can have. So enjoy trying all the different kinds of sandwiches, you won't be sorry. JIMMY'S GRANDMA knew what made an excellent sandwich, and thus the idea for Jimmy Johns sub sandwiches came to be. Fresh ingredients make the difference. I have never had a less than perfect sandwhich at Jimmy Johns. Full of fresh ingredients. Wrapped perfectly in Jimmy Johns papper, and taped shut, to seal in the freshness. You will never be disappointed. High standands keep the restaurants consistant. A friend told me about the '#9 Italian Sub. They said it isn't a huge sandwich, but it looks like a sub you wkuld typically find in New York City!
