I came through the drive thru and my sandwiches weren't made right I called back asked them to remake it properly the manager refused to I've been a loyal customer for a while absolutely ridiculous that he couldn't remake this place is going down hill and very disappointing need better customer service and I asked for the 1800 number and he had a attitude with me horrible customer service they need better management

Great service but there was very little of anything on the sandwich it was cold and way overpriced terrible definitely won’t be back !!! With their subs being $20 would be cheaper meal taking my wife to Outback Steakhouse !!!

I don’t Usually leave reveals I should’ve checked the reveals before I went. The food was OK. Their service was OK but who in their right mind decided to make A cold sub half the size of subway sub and put a $20 price tag on it. We’ll never stop at Jimmy John’s again !!!!

I ordered an 8" slim, along with other things...While I was placing the order, talking to the evening manager, I could hear a loud mouthed female giggling and shouting in the background...I got the order, but was missing the cheese on the 8" plain slim...I tried to call back to let them know they forgot the cheese, and the loud mouthed female kept hanging up on me...Wish I didn't live by Brookes st Jimmy Johns, better food at the Higgins one...The evening manager at Brooks st, is very good, but the food kinda tastes like a hint of bleach.

Food is always great and service is always fast but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve gone through drive through they have filled my drink completely with ice leaving little of the actual drink.

I have been going to Jimmy John's for years, but my last visit will most likely be my last. They stopped carrying dijon mustard, what kind of sandwich shop only has yellow mustard? I would always get the gargantuan, but it was inedible with the yellow mustard. I ended up paying almost $13 and threw it away after a few bites.
Our company, Case Management Caregiving, hosted an event and had this location Cater for us. Although they forgot part of our order when they delivered, they were quick to go get the items to us and very apologetic. Then they returned again with a free bucket of pickles! The food was delicious and it all turned out wonderfully!

The best sandwich ever ty!!! Just one thing. Kids at night need to learn how to sharpen their knives. There must not have been any new ones anywhere poor kids. Oh my sandwich was ripped. Still the best sandwich ever ty. Not quite freaky fast kids.

I love Jimmy John’s! I have been there countless times since they opened. I do take-out. They are incredibly fast, very friendly, & the sandwiches are always great! The ONLY time I was disappointed was also the only time I remember going inside to eat. It’s very tight quarters, very few seats. To be fair, we got there just as a small sports team walked in.

Dry and rock hard bread have been the last three experiences for me. I used to like Jimmy Johns because it tasted fresh. The last three times it’s been burnt and rock hard bread. I guess I’m done with Jimmy Johns. I can pay $10 for a fresh sandwich elsewhere.
