I would rate -10 stars if I could. I just bought a sandwich and the lettuce on it is straight up rotten and the tomatoes look questionable as well. DO NOT EAT HERE. You'll end up with food poisoning. I've never had a problem with a Jimmy Johns until this location. Absolutely Foul.

The employees talk about everything and they are loud enough that you can hear everything. I always request extra lettuce, never get it. It doesn't even cover the contents, very sparse. Maybe another location might be better.

I ordered my sandwich via doordash (turkey tom) and there is literally one piece of meat on it and it does not even cover the bread. It is the sorriest sandwich i have ever seen.

Have ordered delivery 4 times from this location. The first time my food was wrong. The second time the driver forgot my chips and drink. The 3rd time, the driver forgot my drink. The 4th and final time, I specifically asked to make sure my order was right since they screwed it up 3 times prior. The driver was incredibly rude to me, (older guy in an Buick) and my drink was wrong. I called the store to ask for a new one. Girl who answered the phone was somewhat understanding, and sent the same driver back who proceeded to insult me for my drink choice, and made more rude comments under his breath while walking out. Food was very good, however the service was god awful. Will not be returning or ordering delivery again based off how poorly they treat their customers.
