Do not try to come here w/o a flight ticket. Came early to get a drink & get food for my husband's arrival. A non-ticket person needs to go thru Security to access the lounge. On a Wed at 7pm Security was closed. Waited 30min & called, no response. Kettlehouse Airport website doesn't include hrs of operation, so maybe they were closed. Wouldn't recommend!

Flying to Seattle from Missoula. I had Meh service on the way out. It is an airport bar. I just needed a spot to unwind. On the return trip, I sat down to grab a beer while I waited for a ride. It was 95 outside. The bartender ignored me, or just didn’t see me for probably 20 minutes. She was on her phone, and talking with other co worker. I had to finally move and ask if I could get service. She was super rude about it. This was my second encounter with this woman. If you need to kill time, this airport bar is not the place. The service is bad, and the food is awful! Why Kettlehouse is letting them use their name is strange! This is not the usual Kettlehouse service, or standard.

The best meal and service I had in Montana. I was flying back to Alaska,the vibe,the service was 20 out of 20. My bacon cheeseburger was better than I served at my restaurant. So wonderful and unexpected. It's worth it to buy a ticket to anywhere just to eat there. Thank you so much for the friendship and kindness. I appreciate you greatly.

Kettlehouse beer is awesome, but the food is below average. I had their turkey sandwich which was pretty dry and bland. Go somewhere nearby like Wheat Montana to grab a sandwich before you get to the airport.
