The cashier was very polite and professional and asked if I could wait for about four minutes for my order. After over fifteen minutes I had to leave as not to be late to work. This feels like a failure of management to properly staff on a Sunday night. Will be coming back to see if I can get a refund or remake of my order.

Lobby is usually closed which isn’t a big deal. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Came through almost around closing time and I got tenders for free! Why throw them away and waste all that food?? They understand. They got you. And you will have good, hot and ready KFC!

Stopped by the KFC drive-thru tonight with a friend and had such a great experience! The guys working had amazing customer service so friendly and upbeat. It really makes a difference when people have such a positive attitude. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty too. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

Had a horrible experience at KFC Missoula. The cashier was rude and super unprofessional. Got my order wrong not once had to go thru drive through 2 times to get home and realize I was still missing items that I paid for and also donated 1$ for coupons which I will never use. Food disgusting! Took a drink of my pop and it was even more worse! The fountain machine seems like it needs to be cleaned. Would to recommend for anyone

Lobby closed, food dry, stale, old and incredibly overpriced. Save your money. $20 for a family fried chicken dinner with sides at the grocery store or $60 at this location for a 16 piece.
there was about an inch of my chicken on my sandwich that was literally grey and soggy looking. If I ate it I probably would’ve been 6 feet under or gotten very bad food poisoning. I threw it out the window not thinking of getting a photo of it…

Awful chicken & strangest KFC I’ve ever seen. No inside ordering or eating! Must order at window Chicken breast & tenders. Skins were tough. Chicken was cooked and reheated later to serve to customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!! NO EAT. NO GOOD!!
Side note: tried to feed it to my Shitzu. He refused it.

We are from out of town and it takes an hour to drive to Missoula one way. I was at this KFC about a year ago twice. Both times the chicken tasted burnt so we quit coming here. We decided to give it another try Monday July 14, 2025 around 1-2pm. The drive through attendant was kind and the food was perfect. The crew on that day outstanding and restored my faith in LFC
