So I arrived at KFC and there was absolutely no line was excited. I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo. I actually ordered an extra breast to find out they didn't have the chicken cooked and ready for people to order and eat. What kind of place doesn't have food ready and says it will be a 20min wait. I would understand if there was a long line and they were to run out. There was zero lines. What are they doing in there while they are supposed to be getting food ready isn't this there job. Then while I was waiting for my food they said the biscuits weren't ready and it would be a one minute wait which they asked me to pull around because they were worried about there line wait times. Whoever the manager or owner operator I would be worried just FYI. !!!

For decades, I have chosen not to eat at KFC restaurants. There are many reasons, but the primary being that every single location I have been inside has been one of the most disgusting buildings I've ever set foot in. This location is no different. I did not even order/eat food from this location. I simply picked up a doordash order. Just being inside of the building for 5 minutes made me want to vomit. It is so visibly unclean. Please for the love of God if you're reading this: DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM KFC

I don't know what's going on with the quality of KFC,, but I knew what KFC tasted like back in the day, and today it tasted like some nasty chicken you get from a hot deli, not impressed, won't need to buy any chicken from here again, something not right

Stood there for almost 15 minutes. Waiting for an order. I was told that they were working on it just to find out that it had been sittibf e on the shelf, getting cold the whole time, the lazy staff member didn't even check on it.

How this restaurant ever passed a ROCC visit is beyond me. There was piles of dirt in the hallway with a broom over it but not swept up, the floors by the counter were atrocious and filthy (caked dirt). They were not using original recipe seasoning or the correct flour and the oil was not hot enough amd they did not let the chicken sit after coming out of the fryer. What appeared to be a manager wiped her nose without gloves and grabbed packaging and then sneezed into her hand without washing her hands. No way, no how I go back there.
There is no dine in, and I ordered food online. When I got there there was a line in the drive through very long so I went to the windows and she told me they were under staffed then when she called the manager he told me to come to the door. The signs say all over don't come in, but Uber drivers come in. When I went in, I said that the sign is ambiguous, and he argued with me rudely.

I had a really bad experience with KFC Missoula MT I got a cold 8 piece chicken and when I tried to talk with the employee there he was so rude and gave me a bad attitude But his manager fixed it
The place closed over the pandemic and never reopened. The building looks like a boarded up building. They are drive thru only and based on how the outside looks om worried about what the inside looks like. I got stuck behind someone who ordered 150 bucks worth of food, with a car in front and one behind I couldn't leave so was stuck there for 20 minutes. All I wanted was a single order of cheese curds. I won't be back

The lobby of this KFC is like the stuff of nightmares. Kitchen is gnarly. Not sure how they are still in business. Nice enough employees though.

No one answered me at the order taking speaker, sat there for 2 minutes…. Pulled up to the window, waited 1 minute. Drove around to go in, inside customers not allowed in… called, did not answer professionally and asked if they were open at 2 pm in the afternoon, employee said yes, well I told them I waited at both spots-order taking and delivery window and no one answered? She said the speaker box is broken. Fix your staff and equipment or don’t be open. Poor customer service. Do your employees want to be employed?

This is the best KFC I've ever been to. Relative to other KFCs that almost always get your order wrong, your staff was friendly and efficient.
Parking: Typical fast food parking lot. Plenty of spaces.
