I like to get my coffee there and inside. The staff is friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. They have a patio with a fireplace.

We were the only customers in the store/in line. They kept making drinks for the drive through and never even took our order. We waited ten minutes to even have our order taken and nothing. When people walked in behind us, the girls working stopped to talk to them (I’m assuming they are friends) then their friends left. Pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to it as I live out of town now.

Amazing coffee and amazing service. I was helped by Lev today. It was my first time here and she suggested the white angel and it is delicious. When I came back around to pay for an extra shot of coffee(she just added it for me), she was so nice and polite and helped me with the biggest smile. Highly recommend ♡

As someone who currently works as a barista, I don’t visit many coffee shops, but today I decided to stop by since my sister raves about another location she visits daily before work. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match her enthusiasm.

When we pulled up to order, the employee at the speaker was very short and came across as rude. I completely understand how challenging working the drive-thru can be, but the way a barista interacts with customers sets the tone for the experience. A little kindness goes a long way.

At the window, I waited a few minutes for my order, which wasn’t an issue—I know how that goes. However, when the employee cashed me out, she immediately asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I absolutely did want to tip, and I even had cash in hand, but I found it uncomfortable to be asked directly. Tipping should be based on the service provided, and most customers will tip when they feel it’s deserved. I’d also like to add while I waited at the window a young blond gal sat and played on her phone, makes me wonder as to why I was waiting if someone had the time to play in their phone right in the view of the window.

To top it off, my sister’s usual blended drink was full of ice chunks and not properly blended, leaving liquid at the bottom—definitely not up to the standard she’s used to.

Overall, I was disappointed with this visit. I was hoping for a better experience based on my sister’s recommendations, but this location fell short. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Do not believe the pictures of beautifully crafted lattes! We were staying the night in Missoula and always look forward to Clyde coffee. They are hands down the best! We saw Liquid Planet and the positive reviews and thought we'd give them a try. Big mistake! Watery, over flavored, bitter coffee. The barista was nice and it's a cute little shop but definitely not quality craft coffee.

Went through the drive-thru for a hot chocolate and was really disappointed. It wasn't anywhere near hot and was filled with clumps of undissolved cocoa powder. It also didn't have whipped cream but maybe that's my fault for not asking? Regardless, I expected a lot more given my past visits to this location.

Friends and I stopped here around 12:35 pm Nov. 3rd, 2024. This establishment only had one young lady working here. She was single handedly taking care of a non stop drive through and walk-in customers. She was working as hard as she could to meet customers needs. This was my first visit to any Liquid Planet and probably my last if this company is too cheap to have at least two people in the store. This young lady had nothing left to give she was work so hard. We were there 2 hours, and she was non-stop. Any bad reviews during this particular timeframe should be directed towards management and not
this employee. She was remarkable!

Got an americano and a ice water , the ice water tastes so terrible of chemicals and chlorine I would even give it to my dog ... get some filters or reverse osmosis or something like everyone else taste their ice water, imagine all the expensive coffee drink made with this water is unacceptable!!

I'm a tourist, and I wanted to try a local coffee place near my hotel. I had asked for an Americano and a Salted caramel latte with OAT milk. Unfortunately I was left with a brewed coffee and a caramel latte with cows milk. Being lactose intolerant this mistake made is upsetting. And to add insult to injury the brewed coffee was old.

I will not be returning here again.
