When I think of Liquid Planet Grille, the one word that comes to my mind is consistent. The food is always good and the service is always exemplary. We have been dining into this place since they opened, and I am glad this area has a good diner-style place that does not break the bank.

Food was good. Not great. Service needs work. Had to ask twice for my drink after we ordered.

Got a dirty bird chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was excellent. One of the better chicken sandwiches I've ever had. On the flip side the fries were so bad none of the three people I was with or myself ate them. I'm wondering if there was still dirt on the potatoes when they were cut because all of us felt grit in our teeth. I'll be back for the sandwich but will order without fries.

What a fun spot to have breakfast! We had chicken and waffles and the salmon lox. Both were phenomenal. Our server Andrew was friendly and efficient. He knows the menu very well and helped us decide our drink and food choices. We will be back whenever we're in Missoula!

This place has gone seriously downhill. The food quality isn’t what it used to be, they no longer serve alcohol, and the whole experience now feels cheap and overly restrictive for the prices they charge.
The most frustrating part was being charged for extra bacon and then being told I could only have three pieces. If I’m paying for an add-on, I shouldn’t be rationed like that. It felt corporate, inflexible, and honestly ridiculous.
Between the worse food, no drinks, and nickel-and-diming customers, there’s just no reason to come back anymore. Disappointing to see a place that used to be decent turn into this.

Took my girlfriend here, they were oddly out of a lot of food items like chicken, pork, burger buns, i had to change my entire order to stuff they had from what I wanted, my girlfriend had to eat her burger with sour dough which she said wasn’t to bad, idk if it was just our luck or the employees need better food handling training but my girlfriend woke up at 3 AM with food poisoning, bad. 18 hours later is still having trouble eating or drinking. So if you come here make sure your burger is cooked and they aren’t out of everything.

This place is a fantastic place to come for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love that they don't have a microwave so if you want your pie heated it's going to take an extra minute or two but it's worth it! Also Huckleberry pie in Missoula? Amazing!

Worst experience ever. Terrible management. So rude and inconsiderate. The food was cold like it had been sitting for a while before it got to me. Staff was ignoring me while I tried to ask nicely when I would be able to order. TIL finally I’m sitting there for 45 mins someone takes my order. Never going again!!!!

I got a grilled cheese with chips and a cocoa pebble frappe. We went on a Friday night at 7pm. The chips were stale and the grilled cheese was mediocre at best and it was not made clear on the menu of the different sizes(so it was more $ that originally thought). The frappe was watered down (tased like ice and blended with oreos). They were understaffed and it took an unreasonable amount of time for our order to go in for how busy it was. We were disappointed. Will not go back.

Never got our food… was there almost an hour. Did get the coffee. Order the same coffee at the other locations… but this location didn’t know how to make it. disappointed. Really wanted to like this new location….
Went in for lunch. Handed menus and brought a soda. Never saw the wait staff again. Paid for the soda so I wasn't the jerk, but I doubt I'll be going back in any time soon.
EDIT - For the owner. I went in Wednesday sometime before 2:00. I was taking my mom out to lunch and wanted to give y'all a try. Was seated and the waitress left menus and brought a diet coke my mom ordered. Looked at the menus for a while and set them down. Waited a spell and I was hungry so I bought a bacon twist thing from the baked good counter that we were seated across from. Waitress never showed up. My mom got annoyed and wanted to leave without paying for the soda. I went to the register where a fellow rang me up for the soda. I specifically paid for the soda because I didn't want it to come out of the waitress' pay for the day or something and my mom made some comment about getting your act together.
That cover everything you wanted to know?
EDIT 2 - Just remembered that the bacon twist had a price tag of like $3 and I was charged $3.95 or something. Didn't want to make a scene or start an argument with the young lady at the baked good counter so I ate the price difference. But, seriously. If you have a little card that says one thing and charge another price you're just asking for an argument from someone who doesn't mind yelling at folks who have no control over the price of things.

One of the worst dining experiences my partner and I have had in Missoula to date, and for myself, the worst food I've eaten in all my life. My partner and I ordered two frappes, the protein scramble and and a sandwich with fries. The fries were old, like they'd sat there for hours, the avocado on my partners sandwich looked almost rancid, and my protein scramble tasted like absolutely nothing. They also had no idea how to make the chai frappes we ordered, a thing we order from every other liquid planet, so they didn't taste like much of anything either. The waitress asked if we enjoyed our meal and before we could answer she grabbed us the check, we had barely touched any of our food. We didnt feel comfortable having to Karen out over our food so we just decided to pay for the food and never come back. This place was just okay when it first opened, and seems to have taken a free fall dive in the past year.
