We prefer this Little Caesar’s over the one on Brooke’s Street. Everyone is friendly. Service is speedy. They always have a good variety hot and ready pizza. Seems like they will actually answer the calls compared to the one across town.

Never have food ready for lunch rush spouse to be hot an ready but they may have one pizza if your lucky .. the bread sticks are always dry or not cooked all the way sauce is always cold why do I want cold sauce for hot bread sticks blows my mind ..

First off I was trying to handle this matter with the store themselves but they are dodging me and the situation. Next took it to the corporate level..... still nothing. Since September 7th I have been trying to come up with a resolution with this company over raw chicken wings. My daughter ate 1, then on the second realized the texture was different looked down and the wings were raw. I did on that day talk with an on duty manager who stated a full refund. I agreed. To this day, no refund, no call backs. I even made a complaint online, no one reached out. Called the 800 who guaranteed me a call back... NOTHING!. I don't think this company knows how to deal with these kinds of situations or hopes it will just go away. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism is what had got me the most bothered. My daughter was very I'll from being grossed out and ruined on eating wings.
I have been a Little Caesars customer for many many years. Cameron and Alec were the only two working at this time and made the hands down best pizza I have ever gotten from any Little Caesars. I don't know how recognition is given to employees but I want other locations to take notes from them on how to make one great pie.

It is very frustrating when you advertise that certain products will be hot and ready between certain times and they are literally never ready and available. I walked in at 12:45 today and they had one pizza for sale and two breadsticks. It is prime lunch time why is stuff not being cooked? There were 6 people in the small space and 4 left and there was going to be a 15 minute wait for anything. It is supposed to be convenient and quick and easy and unfortunately this place is none of the above.
