No idea. Walked in at 11am today with a party of 3 and the place was a ghost town. Waited 5 minutes and walked out. Try The Bridge pizza, their amazing! 5 stars for management responce to the concerns of the review. Ty.

I don’t think I’ve ever had bad food or a bad experience from Mac Riv. This location is definitely more my vibe than going across town to the Grant Creek side. They are just as busy but it doesn’t feel hectic or cramped or like I’m a burden wanting to stack another table onto their rush hour. They are always welcoming. Being in the restaurant/customer service industry myself, I LOVE when the host is AT the door to greet you within seconds, even if it’s just in passing-you’re acknowledged. Their layout is wonderful, I am yet to try the patio once the weather gets better. Seating is spacious & the booth walls are private! So you can squeeze all 5 kiddos & 3 adults into a booth with plenty of room for food/drinks on the table-you can rile them together without the worry of them peaking over/disturbing the surrounding guests. As a nanny with kiddos-I appreciate that. As a guest on my own time-I also appreciate that.
Although they don’t serve liquor - the beer/drinks are great! Julie & Daisha are amazing servers-attentive, quick, they’ll guide you through the menu to find what you’re looking for. Many options from pizza to salad, pasta, apps! It’s the kind of food that also tastes great the next day if you take a box:) Their GM Adam is a great gentleman that does it ALL- calls, takeout orders, he’s on the line cooking, he’s bringing you your food & your refills, he’s seating the incoming guests. He really jumps in & takes care of his staff. He’s not one to be sitting in the office on his phone while the staff is sweating in the weeds. You know when you go to a place & you FEEEEL everyone panicking? Takes 10 minutes to be seated at a dirty table, you see the food coming out wrong, the drinks are taking too long, no silverware, you overhear others complaining, you see servers either not giving af or they are about in tears.. You will NEVER feel that in this place 😃

Waiter didn't get my wife's drink right. Also ordered 2 appetizers and only received one until i questioned about it. Food was sub par noodles were dry. Asked for second drinks and only received 3 of the 4 drinks. We asked for our ticket, the waiter came back with to go boxes, and no check we refused the boxes because the food wasn't good. Waited another 10 minutes to get ticket, I ended up having to go ask another server if the could bring my ticket.

We ordered take-out. It wasn’t great! It wasn’t ready when they said it would be. I watched all of our hot ordered food items come through the pizza oven; artichoke dip, pizza and apple cobbler. Then waited 15 more minutes while they put the wedge salad together, although they forgot to put the balsamic glaze on it, boxed up the blue chips for the dip….there were 4 whole chips and the rest looked like they poured the bottom of the bag’s bits and pieces for the rest of the box( those are bits of tortilla chips) Maybe they save the whole blue chips for the dine-in customers?? They weren’t that busy so maybe they were training someone new? Not as good as I remembered it was a few years ago.

Ordered sausage penne and a reuben for take out. Got home, took a bite of the pasta and it had a foul taste. The sausage was thinly sliced pizza topping . It might have been the overuse of bad garlic in combination with cheap olive oil. Suffice it to say I couldn't eat my dinner and threw it in the garbage. Not satisfied paying $17.00 for garbage. My friend didnt like the greasy fries. Been there, done that.

got a DoorDash order from there ordered a Cajun pasta with no sausage. It literally says on the order receipt and on DoorDash no sausage. Don’t know how hard it is to do that but apparently it was too hard for them to do it. Thank you very much.

Kaidun was our server and he was great. My mom and I were worn out from a long day and on the edge of hangry, but the day was saved.
The only reason it’s four and not five stars is just cuz we’ve been there before and had servers who clearly didn’t care if we dropped dead at the table, which is how it is at most places unfortunately.
I’ve been a career f&b employee and it was really nice to not have to face another set of dead eyes on just another robotic server.
So this review is just a shoutout to Kaidun to honestly thank him for being so easygoing and kind.

I have special dietary needs and my server Daisha was incredibly kind and accommodating. Not only did my meal come out perfectly with my long list of substitutions, it was BEAUTIFULLY plated. I got to sit and enjoy my meal with no worries. I am impressed and grateful.
