Normally I really like the atmosphere and food. This morning we ordered the baked oatmeal. The oatmeal was a dry cold cake served with a full cup of sliced almonds served in a bag even though we did not order it to go.
Fantastic food!! So many different options. Everyone in our group found something to their liking. The staff were so helpful and nice. You definitely need to give them a try!!! Go Griz!!!
I want to love them, the food is good, the staff is nice. I just simply can't justify waiting 40-60 minutes for a single burrito or sandwich.
It's a bit rustic, no polish, but pleasant. Service is great but good prep can be slow (20 minutes + for one sandwich with no special adjustments to the order).
I enjoyed lunch, I'll probably go again.

This place used to be great. The food has gotten progressively worse and the customer service is embarrassingly bad.

Nothing special about the food. priced for tourists and anything they make will take 30min minimum. Including a simple latte. Insane wait times
We were visiting from out of town and stopped in after this place was recommended to us. When we arrived, there were only a few people ahead of us, and we were quoted about a 20 minute wait for two burritos, which we were happy to wait for.
As we sat there, it started to get busier, but over the next 35 minutes, we watched at least 15–20 people who ordered after us receive their food. When we finally went up to check, we were told our order hadn’t even been started. At that point, we decided to leave without our food.
My husband was the only Black man in the room, and it’s hard to believe this was just a coincidence. The experience left us extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.
The only bright spot was the barista, who agreed the situation was ridiculous and kindly refunded our full order. Unfortunately, that small gesture couldn’t make up for the experience. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The person at the register was downright surly and when I ordered two burritos that were already made she “lost” the ticket and I am still sitting here waiting for food that was already made. I love this place but there are times when the service is just terrible.

Service sucks. Attitudes of employees suck. Service is slow, 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. Got put on hold for several times and never picked back up.

While the breakfast burritos are good, they really aren’t good enough for a consistent 20-30 minute wait, every time, regardless of a line. While in today, there was no line and no one waiting for food- yet they still said it would be a 20 min wait. If you are mindful of /tight on time, this isn’t the place to go and there are plenty of great options downtown with more efficient service. If you have nowhere to be, they are good.

Excellent breakfast burrito, we tried MANY during our 2 week road trip and this was maybe the best. Only knocked one star off for service because we had to wait 20 mins for our food but it was a super busy Saturday morning so I guess it’s to be expected.

Had a time estimate of 15-20 minutes. Had to bail and did not get my food after waiting 45 minutes
