Stopped here on the way to Yellowstone. First off this is not authentic indian. Butter chicken is more like chicken curry, not creamy at all, the masala and water running separate, the chicken was hard and overcooked. Saag paneer and daal was too spicy (not like the Indian spices but more green chillies). Had no choice since my fam wanted to eat, but if given a choice you are better of getting the real Indian taste at Jays one stop.
Chana Masala, Coconut Veggie Korma, and Masala Ginger Lemonade were delicious! Portions are large. Service was very friendly and quick.
Food tasted great for a decent price!
Absolutely loved this spot. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced—especially the pav bhaji and aloo chop. Every bite felt like a story, blending Indian roots with a touch of local flair.
The chutney bar is a must-try, and the team behind it all deserves deep respect—not just for the flavors, but for the heart they bring to the space. You can feel the care, the culture, and the craft in everything they serve.
Masala isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a reminder of how good food can connect us across borders. Tip generously. They earn it every day.
Large portions, pre made options, or build your own bowl. Everything that’s vegan is clearly labeled. Delicious.
I like the butter chicken and spicy pork, their naan is really good too.
Just got some take out from this restaurant. The food itself was not all bad. I got the single split curry (butter chicken & Chana masala). The butter chicken was pretty good(however, I wish it had more spice), and the chickpeas in the Chana masala were a bit too crunchy. The raita was lacking in flavor and tasted like plain yogurt but the kachumber chutney paired well with the curries.
While the food was pretty good, the service was not. When I walked up to order the lady came over to me and I told her I wanted to look over the menu. She ignored me and just walked away. Then a guy comes over and stares at me so I tell him the same thing. When I started to order, I’m still a little slow and pronouncing things incorrectly (this is my first time here) the guy seemed visibly annoyed as he was packing my food in the box. Maybe they should try to be more friendly and approachable to their customers.
I got way better food and service at Himalayan Kitchen in Kalispell.
Love this place! Consistently tasty, a good value, and the staff are very kind.
Decent curry spot for Montana, not a huge fan of their rice so I usually just get curry and make my own Love their fried veggie side they usually have two vegan curry options usually one of them is spicy
My Chana Masala was perfect.

Believe it or not, you can get tasty Indian food that is pretty low in carbs. Fresh kaje as a base with the pork vindaloo was quite agreeable. The staff is very helpful

Unfortunately Trader Joe’s frozen section does better. Dry chicken and somehow the sauces are dry too?
