McDonald's in Missoula

“Staff here have been much friendlier/happier than other McDonald's I've been to. Instead of a dull greeting or outright rude, staff here have had smiles and peppy greetings. Very welcome to see and experience. Food quality has also been better than other locations. Nothing exemplary (what makes 5 stars for me), still a standout for the usual McDonald's experience.“

“People…it’s Mc Donald’s. Realizing that, thank you current administration for the doubling in ingredient prices, transportation costs and now labor. There’s never going to be a fully staffed Micky Ds again. Franchisees can not afford it. No profit margin. Many are closing. This one…happened to do alright. In a busy area near hotels and shops. Drive thru was chaotic but moving. I always use the app to order and pick up inside. Bathrooms clean. Dining room clean except the drink station looking crazy after a herd of kids came through, but I blame the parents for that. My food was hot, fresh and as tasty as Mc Donald’s can be. The staff inside were moving fast, all the time remaining friendly and respectful. Nice to see manners again. I has an alteration to my frappe trying to cut dairy post surgery, and they made it to order with no ill will. ;) Parking lot was still hopping when I left. They had someone doing the trash cans and picking up trash people were too lazy to throw in the trash can a foot away. (insert eye-roll) All in all this location is on my good list. The staff they had on that shift were hustling and looked and acted like they wanted to be there. Refreshing. Go inside, examine your food and if there’s an issue address it right there. Better than pulling away with a bag of regret. ;)

Dietary restrictions: They took the whipped cream off my frappe without issue. ;)

Parking: Between the pick up order spots and that busy drive thru you’re going to be challenged even finding space for something like an RV.“

“Been out if state for 5 years. I Have visited more McDs than one could remember. I have reviewed the most standoutish of those visits on BOTH ends of the Star Scale⭐️Being back in MT it's never been more evident, people treat people like people here. This McDs is the proof of such a notion. Simply put, the crew is more than service minded, they are genuinely interested in making sure you enjoy yourself. Better than customer service, it's COMFORTABLE service.

Kid-friendliness: Great looking play zone for kids. Clean with LOTS of room. Separated from the dinning area by glass, kids can let it out, and not disturbe the casual diner.“

“Typical McDonalds food. Order from a kiosk which I had.never done before.and it had a learning curve. Ordered a blended mocha but they couldnt make it.so offered me a.coffee.instead....$5 for McDonald's coffee....Starbucks they are not.“

“The customer service was great they even gave me extra napkins. My little boy Nate was so happy when he saw happy meal. His smile was brighter than the sun when munched on his happy meal. My only complaint is that he couldn't open the apples.He even made his friend little Boston a bit jealous with his toy.“
