Tom was a terrible manager and was super rude and needs to be replaced IMO. Marcus was super helpful and stepped in and proved that he was the better of the two managers and resolved the issue right away. Thank you Marcus.

Easily the worst serviced fast food location in town. Wouldn’t recommend curbside unless you want to wait for 10-15 min each time while they clear out the drive through before delivering your food.

Slower than a Galapagos tortoise. Always forgetting half your order they make you wait on the side of the building for 30mins just for that to happen. Can’t count how many times they forgot I was sitting on the side waiting for food and had to be reminded I was out here. Simple order and they still mess up, this place needs help. They have 14 cars on the side waiting for their orders ridiculous! including me being one of the 14

Spent $30 on breakfast and didn't give me one of the meals. had to drive 10min back and they wouldn't even refill my coffee said they would have to charge. spending eating in prices for food they screw up and can't go above and beyond is pretty bad.

First, is that its a backdoor type of establishment- where the access is driving the back. I guess there are just too many pick up orders that not much attention on the few people coming in. I can appreciate how the supervisor/mamager coming out to take the walk ins order though

The manager Samuel was very rude! They didn't place 1/3 of my order in my bag, and didn't offer any reimbursement. Any other mcdonald's location would accept their mistake and would be apologetic. Instead he is rude and said "take the food or a refund"! I WILL NOT be going again.
