Me and my family were there for 25 minutes on a take-out order. The whole time they were making the food. The young people up front were talking about inappropriate sexual things on TikTok that made my teenage daughter feel very very very uncomfortable. And quite frankly me, as a father made me very uncomfortable. So not only was the food called when it arrives. But the service was less than a good. And the quality of employee and conversation. Is very very seriously wrong and almost scary.Concerned Dad

17 minute wait in drive thru for an iced coffee with extra ice that had no ice and a chicken mcgriddle that "was lost in transit." After waiting 10 mins in the drive thru waiting spot, I went inside to hear "what mcgriddle?" When I left, there were others behind me that had been waiting 20+ mins. I'm all for automation. Bring in the robots!

No one goes to McDonalds expecting gourmet food, but usually the food is alright. These were the saddest cheeseburgers I’d seen out of a McD’s in a long time, not even any onion and they looked like they had been run over. Also realized that I was missing an apple pie after I had left.Partner used the men’s room and there were bloody paper towels everywhere. In the women’s room, there are no toilet seat covers or paper towels.The crew on Feb. 16, 2024 at 6:45pm was not on it and can do much better.

We ordered our food and the lobby was not busy, maybe the drive thru was, but as I was standing there waiting for my food it was placed on the counter waiting for Fry's and 7 minutes to by and I finally had to ask to get my order,she walked over and put fries in the tray and handed it to me, sorry McDonald's won't be going back to this location

Seriously unbelievable. Service was awful. Waited an HOUR for 2 drinks. The lady who served us made rude comments to costumers who were waiting 20 mins to order. No one took initiative to be at the front counter so others and myself waiting half an hour to be served. I wouldn’t come back if the sweet tea wasn’t so good.

Got off work didn't want to cook when I got home. Went to grab McDonald's since it's close by and ordered a 10 peice chick nugget meal and cheese burger no onions and got a cheese burger with onions and so much ketchup on it. It was super gross. I was a disappointmented due to fack my fries were stale could tell they had been setting in the warmer a awhile. The chicken nuggets also had been sitting in the warmer for a while cause they were tougher.The food was lukewarm and not very good at all.Called to complain and they just my name and number and put me in their book.I would rather have my money back.The smoothie good but it was super thick.This McDonald's has gone down hill. Disappointmented!!The staff always seem to be nice but sometimes give of the vibe they just don't care!!Kid-friendliness: Kid play area is insideWheelchair accessibility: They are handicap accessible

Their frape machine was "being deep cleaned" right during the most important time for coffee, early morning... although not like right when they opened, like 45 mins- an hour after.... I think that was quite lame and sucky.
