If I can rate zero stars, I definitely should. Every time I get food at this establishment, there's always an issue. Arrived here maybe 30 minutes ago, ordered several meals off the menu and a kids meal as well as two plain burgers for my dog, went to the second window was handed several bags, and two kids meals, both 4 piece nuggets, and was basically told "no, you ordered 2". I was already annoyed at this point, making it worse the fries were over salted, plain burgers had salt and pepper, and when spoken to a manager, she basically told me "the next time you order, order no salt". As far as I'm concerned, these employees and managers need to be fired.

They canceled my order for breakfast because it was 1030 and I wasn’t gonna get there on time and I literally could see McDonald’s when they canceled my order at 10:31 this place sucks you all can suck it

Had ordered 40 minutes before close and never got a notification that my food was being prepared. When i got to to the establishment, the girl in the drive thru was acting as if she didnt see me waiting. I pulled around to go inside, but the workers were outside vaping. Never got my food.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I just went into McDonalds while my husband went through drive thru. While waiting for my food order inside SKYLAR who was taking orders. AFTER TAKING AN ORDER HE SAID WHO DOES THAT. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE ASKED WHAT HE STATED "WHO DOES THAT" THE EMPLOYEE ASKED WHAT HE SAID "WHO ORDERS 8 SLICES OF BACON" I THEN WENT OVER AND SAID OH MAYBE ITS A FOOD ALLERGY HE SAID "WELL MAYBE" WHILE WAITING FOR MY FOOD MY HUSBAND WALKED IN BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THE BACON. ONCE MY FOOD WAS HANDED TO ME I ASKED HIM FOR HIS NAME AND SAID "THAT WAS MY SON YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT IN THE DROVE THROUGH, AND YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SAY AROUND OTHER CUSTOMERS" HE THEN STATED " I WAS JUST SAYING" AND I SAID YOU ARE A MANAGER AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE TALKING ABOUT ORDERS. AS I WAS WALKING OUT THE DOOR COMPLAINING TO HIM ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY " I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU DON'T GO TO THE STORE AND BUY A POUND OF BACON". I YELLED BACK AT HIM THAT WE ARE LEAVING TO.GO OUT OF TOWN AND GRABBING FOOD. WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT BACK IN TO ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY REFUSED TO GET ONE FOR HIM AND WOULD NOT GIBE US CORPORATES PHONE NUMBER.
