Ordered a Big Mac, 2 cheese burgers and a chicken sandwich along with fries. The only thing hot was the fries. All the burgers were cold and the chicken sandwich was cold and rubbery. We had to pull up and wait and still ended up with cold food.

Order is incorrect EVERTIME! I live 10 miles away, have called the store and left a message numerous times only to be ignored. Your food is too expensive and my time and gas money are too. I will not be stopping here ever again. Well, that goes for any McDonald's.

Alot of bad reviews, but when I visited the store, it was fast, and the food was fresh and good. No complaints.
Bad horrible customer service price on drive thru different then what they charge you . Everytime I order coffee they never seem to put sugar in it horribly staff rude some one needs to call when.and measurents about priceing

Order a mcdouble, mcchicken and chocolate shake from them. 90 minutes later, and the rest of the night, I was in the throws of severe food poisoning. Couldn't even make it out of my truck and had to use my garbage bucket all. Lost between 2.5 and 3 gallons of water thru out the night. Fortunately, I am prior military and knew how to monitor my condition and do what i could to preserve life. But I was on the ragged edge of calling an ambulance. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I STAY AT THIS TOWNE PUMP FAIRLY OFTEN.
