9/11/25 @ 3:45 pm, cheese burgers from value menu-buns were dry and hard, burger patties cold and stiff, cheese cold and not melted, Fries-cold, limp and greasy. Made me sick for 3 days with massive intestinal issues. It's rated less than 1, as in negative #'s. Clean it up please, it's a busy travel center.

Went through the drive thru and apparently the girl taking my order had no clue what was on their menu. I ordered one of those seasonal pies and she told me they don't sell that pie and I told her that it's on the menu. She proceeded to tell me again, that they don't sell it and I'm telling her that I am looking at it right now on their menu and then gave me the silent treatment.
Seriously, need to go back to get some training. Your supposed to take orders but don't have a clue what's on the menu. Worse, having the urge to argue with a customer. Yikes.

I ordered 2 meals, and both were made identical. The burgers had none of the additional items like pickles, ketchup, and mustard, and they didn't even give us sauce for the nuggets. There is definitely a lack of pride at this store.

I’ve been ordering the same frappe coffee order for over 10 years now, recently at this location and the one on reserve I have to fight with the person at the window about putting the extra drizzle inside the cup, once they agree to remake it I’m then parked for 10+ minutes for a coffee!! Walked inside TWICE after sitting for 15-20 minutes and my coffee was just sitting there with people just walking past it And when I try to order at the drive thru and tell them “and the extra drizzle IN the cup not in a mess on the whipped cream” to get the snarky reply of “well yeah” and then still have handed to me wrong and with a mess of whipped cream and caramel all over the lip and top of the cup Annoyed all the time and unfortunately these two locations are what are closes to me or my job

i went to the mcdonald’s lobby whej i was ordering my mcdonald cheeseburger the lady was super rude and had no patience and was overal just rude. then i called the next day to file a complaint and here were my exact words and the mc donald’s lady on the phone words “Hi, my name is Martha and I would like to file a complaint.” then i asked for her name And then she said nothing, and hung up

Everytime I go in I order stuff with out onion due to begin allergic and yet again I gotta go back in and tell them to remake the.food bc it has onions on it it even says only ketchup and cheese. And then they get pissy. Maybe they should pay attention
