My friend Lisa Marie brought me some wonderful tea back from a trip s h e had in Montana! Now I am hocked! Love it!! Mountain Huckleberry!!!
Fair warning when you go in there is no posted you break you buy it policy. I went in and picked up a tea pot that I found quite interesting. The lid of the tea pot fell off and broke. Instead of being empathetic, the employee made a joke about the lid falling and proceeded to tell me I had to pay full price. Which I did I broke their product, but the way the employee treated me has made me not want to shop there again in the future. She was not kind and had an attitude.
All the tea you could ever want is at Montana Tea & Spice Co. in Missoula. I'm glad I'm a local and can stock up on all my favorites any time.
Great place to get a great variety of great teas at a great place.
Amazing selection of tea and spices. Lots and lots of tea both loose and bagged, plus tons of beautiful tea pots and cups. The cashier could work on her customer service skills as she made me feel like my presence was a burden to her.
Owner is completely rude and disrespectful!!! I asked for a recommendation and she yelled at me that she didnt know anything about her teas and to quickly pick one cause she wanted to close early. I would recommend going to Lake Missoula Tea Co. for great tea and phenomenal customer service.
Although, I have been buying tea from the company for years, I will NEVER purchase again. I have been purchasing online due to living out of state. On a recent visit to Montana, I decided to stop in to buy bags of tea gifts for people. The woman running the counter told us that she was closing the store in three minutes, even though the posted hours were saying that we still had a half an hour. We asked her to give us advice on where certain tees where and if she had any recommendations. She was so incredibly rude that I decided to only buy the one tea that had been requested by someone else. If you are bad at your job, you need to find something else to do. If you work in a specialty store, you should know the ingredients of your specialty items. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers this rudely.
Interesting place but the lady who was "helping me" seemed disinterested
I am used to buying teas in person at various venders around Missoula...but I recently ordered through email. Great experience and shipped quick. Both bagged and loose leaf teas are lovely!
Stopped in for some green tea & was shown their selections. Sales lady was very helpful. Easy access (right behind the tire store).

Awesome variety and selection.
Read the bead reviews. The older woman who works there with white hair: EXTREMELY rude. All the bad reviews say the same thing. I had chills, she was so mean, cold, outlandishly rude. I was shocked. Never again will I buy their products.
So many wonderful options! Friendly staff
