Went into the establishment this morning at 11:58 AM and I worked with Liv. She was absolutely amazing had unrivaled. Customer service skills made my purchase super easy walked me through all everything and made it a very seamless process. This woman deserves a raise and hopefully her bosses will highlight the fact that she’s a great employee.!

I'd go to another location in town, 9 months ago we found a hair in our food so we waited. Finally decided to eat there again tonight and same story. They don't wear hair nets at all, the closest you will see is a backwards hat. Ontop of this we ordered 2 teriyaki regulars, pot stickers, and egg rolls and 4-5 people got their food before we did. Never going there again, run; just run.

We usually enjoy this place, but tonight was a letdown. We ordered the Chicken Osaka and received just plain chicken and rice—no Osaka sauce. The cucumber salad came in a separate container like it was an afterthought. Hoping this was just an off night, as the food is typically much better.

Finally ate here again for the first time in several years. The menu is definitely larger than I remember and you can now specify if you want it spicy. I got a noodle bowl with a spice level of 2 ( out of 5). Holy crap! So spicy! Only got a quarter of the way through and had to stop eating. I can usually handle some heat in my food but this is ridiculous. I'm completely drenched in sweat. I can't imagine what a level 5 spice would be.

Hair in my daughter’s food and the previous time they over cooked the chicken. Portions are WAY smaller than the mall and the food here doesn’t taste half as good. To top it off their bathroom is filthy.
I ordered takeout through the local toast app. I picked up my order and thought all was well. I checked my bank account the next morning only to see that their employees had added a $20 tip without my permission, authorization, or knowledge. I called and spoke with a training manager and was told I would be called back. I never got a call back and never got my money back. If you condone people adding unauthorized $20 tips to your order then this is the place to order food. I do not think me or my family will ever order food from here again after this experience. This is fraud to add unauthorized charges to someone's order.
To Noodle Express owner: I have my receipt that shows the tip amount and my total. I also have my bank account information that shows the additional $20 added. If you are trying to convince me that there is no paper receipt that has the option to add a tip then you are trying to fool the wrong person. Because I typically sign a paper receipt upon picking up my order and on this occasion funny enough I was not asked to sign anything. I have contacted toast and my bank and as I said I did contact Noodle Express and have not heard back beyond the message you left here. I will call again today when they open at 11am.

I always order the shrimp signapore with noodles and it brightens my soul!! Literally! Colton is always super friendly and cooks the food to perfection, he keeps me coming back! HIGHLY recommend this place!
