Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

We Uber ex two pizza the total was $58.00+. We received two individual pizzas 9” each. We were totally disgusted. We called and the pizza place said we received what we ordered. She claimed the pizzas are $13.00+ dollars each and our receipt said $17.00+ plus uber costs and tip. The restaurant says free delivery. I still don’t see how that adds up. Pizza was small, very few toppings and was missing the tomato. Was not an almost $60. Meal. You’re better off at an airport.

Prices were decent. My food was terrible I got the spaghetti. Burnt to the side of the bowl and tasted like canned spaghetti.
On our water refills the water tasted putrid. Almost tasted as if they gave us dirty towel water or possibly sanitizer.

My family's sandwiches were decent.
Server was nice though.

Update 8/25
Well another new menu is out.
There are some new, interesting-looking items as well as the standards. Prices are up a bit. Dining at OC is always a bit of a crap shoot. It seems like if the service is good the food is off and vice versa. Still we like the rotating taps (would be good to have an additional dark beer) and when the food is good it’s a fun time. We did enjoy the new BBQ chicken pizza.

Good news, they have a new menu, apparently the original menu they started with when they opened. There are a number of new items that look interesting. We tried the manicotti and it was very tasty.
However, they appear to struggle with having adequate service staff as there is often a wait. Most of the staff are very friendly, except for the manager who could really work on his people skills.
Hoping things in the service improve, and looking forward to trying new menu items.

Mack and cheese came out cold, undercooked and super bland. chicken wings came out cold and missing part of our order. Server didnt check with us after food came out and we had to get and grab our own boxes and ticket.

The food was great. The service was terrible we waited 10 minutes just for someone to take our drink order only after we had to go get the hostess to go get someone. Waitress was not attentive at all. They were not busy the day we were there so there was no excuse. The food however was good but that did not make up for the poor service.

The Lunch Special of a small pizza and endless salad is one of the best values going in town. Great draft beer selection as well.

Hi, hey my husband I try to go out for a dinner date and therapy talk time when we can.We went on July 19. We find ourselves going back to Old Chicago. We both ordered hamburgers. Mine was the regular cheeseburger, his was the Double bacon, double cheddar. He said it was the “best burger” he has ever had. The cook that made this should be told “great job.” When we went Alex our waitress was so wonderful as she always is. Tana checks in on us. I usually enjoy the food especially the pepperoni Sicilian rolls, until yesterday. The rolls were like eating regular rolls. No flavor and where was the pepperoni?! And cheese?! We had them to go so we didn't find out until we ate them when we got home a few hours later. The wait for our food was also ridiculously long!! The atmosphere was very boring cause the staff were robotic like. First bad experience at this restaurant and not sure if I will go back for a while.

My husband and I have been traveling on day from Bellingham Washington and are staying over in Missoula Montana. We were hungry and wanted a good beer too. I am so glad we find this place. The service was amazing! The pizza and beer choices are awesome! So they did a mishap on my pizza order it was fixed it tasted yummy! We also made happy hour too which was a plus!

Great place for pizza and beer, service was a little slow but they were short staffed, so no fault given to the wait staff. Great that they stay open until 10 PM as we were fishing until dusk. I feel they are slightly overpriced, but I’m old so grain of salt on that one. Lots of parking, easy to get to
