I scheduled my pickup for 7:45 PM and didn’t receive my food until 8:25 PM—a solid 40-minute wait. Despite at least 10 customers waiting for their online orders in-store, only one staff member was handling them, while at least three employees were serving a short in-store line.
I spoke to two staff members and a manager, but none of them seemed to care or acknowledge that this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not a dine-in experience. They all gave me the same response: “We cannot control the online orders.”
If you expect more orders on a Friday night, shouldn’t you also have more staff covering online orders? If you can’t control the number of online orders, can you at least control the number of employees handling them—especially during busy hours? This place has zero customer service and zero management skills.
I regret not reading past Google reviews, which consistently mention similar delays. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Cars are flowing and through the drive through, but people are waiting inside for 40 minutes just to place an order.
Avoid and go to a sit down place. You’ll get your food far far faster.

Just a very poorly managed place. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:15. Got the text it was ready an hour after that, but still no food. Just a lobby full of pissed of delivery drivers and one kid completely overwhelmed with doing everything himself.

They ladies that were working were really nice, but we were pretty disappointed by the food. The fried rice and chow mien just didn't have a taste to them and half of my chicken didn't even have any of the flavoring sauce on it. the one highlight was the orange chicken, it had a bit of a bite to it, but it was excellent.

I do like the food but they can not seem to keep up. The entree was not ready and directed to pull around to the front where we sat for 12 minutes before my wife went inside for anot.her 12 minutes just to come back and had to settle for a different entree. Not a well run place
My husband and I come to Panda Express every Sunday for lunch mostly because we love the food but for the last several months our entre' has very little to no meat anymore , lots and lots and lots of rice or noodles but the entre' portion is getting very very skimpy . I am not complaining about the price at all but we may start going elsewhere that has better portions or equal portions of each , if all I wanted was rice or noodles , then that's all I would order. We do love Panda Express but for the price you pay , there should be a better portion to the entre' , we shouldn't have to order an extra alaCart just to balance out all the noodles or rice .
