I love me some Panda E, but the Missoula location constantly lets me down — the whole place always feels disorganized, with wait times regularly longer than 30 minutes (ordered ahead today, arrived 10 minutes after “pickup time”, and they still had me waiting 20 minutes before loosing my meal altogether)

I love panda but I'm done. You guys need to fix your issues, which are massive. Every time I go in there's ten delivery drivers that have been in there for half an hour waiting and one kid who is busting his butt. I can't remember his name, skinny dude with glasses. I've worked in F and B my whole life. HIRE A NEW MANAGER. The blond lady that has zero leadership makes me absolutely want to pull my hair out. LEAD BY EXAMPLE LADY!!!

Doordashing and they wouldn’t help me in lobby, made me wait ten minutes in line and they hadn’t even started the order. They proceeded to have me pull around to the front(after waiting five minutes at the window without a word from anyone) and still waited another 10 in front of the building. When I arrived they were all sitting around. I’m not sure who manages this place but doordashes should come first if the lobby is closed. Mean people slow service and if I didn’t need the money I would’ve cancelled the order right away

Amazing food every single time, but sometimes portions are a little small. Staff are very nice and started to recognize us and our order. Extremely cheap but very delicious for the price. Would recommend but portions are inconsistent.

Honestly love, panda express they have really good food! But today I had placed a mobile order at a reasonable time, yet still waiting over a hour past the given time on the mobile app….
Therefore, everybody that had pretty much walked in 30 minutes after I had put my food order in, had gotten their food and ate and left.
Same with the drive-through orders…
I was pretty disappointed in the service and management. Only after 25 minutes did somebody ask me if I had gotten my food just to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on top of that.
Don’t get me wrong. I understand how the industry works. I work in it myself I don’t mind waiting but what is ridiculous is how there wasn’t even that much food on my mobile order.

And before I had left I was praying for the other people that had also waited about 40-ish minutes for their food and were still there…..

Wait times are ridiculously unacceptable. Why do I wait 45 minutes in the drive through on one of their fast days? Why does it take 30 minutes from ordering inside to receiving your food? They’re not understaffed they’re just poorly ran. Corporate needs to come in and get this location into shape.

I even got a text saying it was ready and to get it fast while it’s hot, and it wasn’t even close to ready.

My husband and I went in there when it was almost ready to close. Because we weren't aware of the new hours. I was dismissed. He was dismissed. We stood there. They looked at us, like deer in headlights, like they didn't even know why we were there. We were waiting on food for almost an hour. And it was ridiculous because we got the food, half of it wasn't even correct. Our wontons were burnt completely. They couldn't redo them because they didn't have any more to give us. We had already spoke to someone, and they said that we could come in.And they would replace our mill.However, when I spoke to the other manager or my husband spoke to the other manager.It was difficultShe didn't want to listen to anything.We had to say, nor did she want to help us.We will not be going back to that panda express.

It was a long, long wait at 1:30 pm on Friday. People were busy so it wasn’t because everyone was working hard but I stood a long time. The food was good though and the servers were very polite and apologized even though they couldn’t do anything about it. I think it would have helped if they had one more person dedicated to checking customers out. I waited a long time after my order was filled because person doing the c bash register was busy filling orders too. I won’t go in a Friday yoga in. Other times they have been busy but nothing like that.
