If you order a busy time, good luck getting your order when you expect. Food quality is decent/average what you would expect from a national pizza chain cranking out pizzas for the franchise owner. If you want a quality pizza - go somewhere else.

I ordered delivery for the first time in months. This used to be my weekly spot for pizza but a few bad experiences changed that. I ordered again today and if I realized that Door Dash was their delivery service I would have ordered through that app as they quickly handle poor customer service. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage and jalapenos. I received 2 of the three. No jalapenos I'm not sure what the issue is with this place but they don't do much right here. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the wings I ordered were correct and delicious. I contacted customer service and truly don't expect much. I recommend either ordering pick up and checking your food before you leave or simply ordering through door dash, it might be higher prices but they immediately take care of customer service issues

I placed an order for delivery and subsequently received a message from a representative of the establishment indicating that they would not be delivering to my location because I had included a $5.00 tip. Each time I request a delivery, I verify the distance, which consistently shows that the establishment is only two miles from my hotel. As an out-of-state visitor, I was looking forward to enjoying the pizza. However, the individual's response was notably rude and unappreciative. I did not believe that traveling two miles would incur significant cost or effort. Additionally, the manner of communication was unprofessional and unpleasant. Such behavior is uncalled for, and there are more respectful ways to communicate with customers.

I just got papa John’s in Missoula at 8:30 at night on a Griz Saturday and it was hot and fresh and amazing! Way to go Missoula papa John’s crew! Ten Stars!

I love papa muphys, but not today. I ordered a stuff crust chicken, bacon ranch and there was more crust than pizza. The crust was so big the pizza portion was the size of a small. Not happy

Tyler is awsome !! My husband and I got a pizza delivered one night and the crust was not quite completely cooked. We went back in the store spoke with Tyler and he hooked it up. There needs to be more employees like Tyler. Just fyi corporate needs ti give him a big rsise!!! Thanks Tyler , you ROCK!!
Ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza. NO pepperoni. Showed up an hour late and cold. Bread sticks were 1/4 inch thick and not done in the middle. The only thing edible was the pepperoncini peppers and the cardboard. You CAN do better!!!!.......so do it.

Almost every time I order from this Papa John’s, something goes wrong—but this time was impressively bad. I ordered breadsticks, which normally come in a little liner to contain the buttery topping. Instead, they just tossed the breadsticks straight into the bottom of a pizza box and poured the grease on like it was no big deal. Shockingly, cardboard is not great at holding melted butter. The box basically disintegrated and leaked everywhere.
I get that it’s a fast-paced job, but how do you look at breadsticks sitting loose in a pizza box and think, “Yup, time to drown these in grease”? Come on. Do better.
