This is hands down the worst place I have ever visited. The staff are unprofessional and more focused on their phones than on serving customers. It took us 15 minutes just to place our order, and then we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a single pizza to be ready. I can’t understand why anyone would continue to come here—it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered 2 pizzas.. the works and cheese both stuffed crust.. never had an issue here, until Friday.. Both pizzas were as thin as paper! The stuffed crust was on point. Picked up a piece it was so thin all the toppings fell off.

I was just in Papa John's and I witnessed the girl sweeping and mopping the floor with her bare hands and then directly went straight over to go and prepare a pizza crust rubbing her nose and adjusting her glasses onto her face and then tossing the dough into the air and it falling onto her shirt sleeve which is looks like I hadn't been washed in a couple days answering phones and then going right back to touching the pizza dough crust very disgusting I would never eat there I literally just walked out

Took over 29 minutes for a medium pizza to actually get started then another 35 minutes the dasher hsd to wait. Then to fd out the employee flipped off my dasher after he told him don't come to work high. Insane business's get away with this!

I ordered pizza to be delivered on 12/16/24. After an hour it showed up and was the wrong order. I called to rectify the situation and was told my order was still on the shelf in the store. They would get it to me immediately. After another hour, I called to get a refund as I still had not received my order. The man who answered was rude, but told me I’d get refunded, and that it was done and taken care of after only asking my name. I double checked to make sure and hung up. It is now 12/26/24 and I still do not have my money.

I called to speak with a manager today and was given Gavin Serafini. He basically just said no to refunding me because HE didn’t have the ability to go look at past transactions only his GA. Gavin’s only response was “well you got the pizza didn’t you”. I then asked for the GA and he just says he’s not here. So I asked for the GA’s name and number and the manager said he didn’t know his name. I asked him to get it. He still never gave me a last name even when I asked again. I then asked for HIS name and he got incredibly rude with me. The customer service is rather abysmal. The manager Gavin is rude and disrespectful. I received hostile and combative service the night I ordered and currently as I’m trying to get my refund.

The pizza I received more than 2 hours later was clearly the original pizza they made and let sit there as the cheese was one solid piece and the pizza itself was cold. The garlic knots were raw dough on the inside. It went directly in the trash.

Staff isn’t helpful, received the wrong order after having them sending it through Door dash (cold and late). Management has hung up on me multiple times in the phone regarding reimbursement . (Ross and Todd are excuses for management)

Ordered from here tonight and all I can say is that it’s the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Ordered a pepperoni with green peppers and onions on one side, instead they gave me a pizza with green onions and peppers on the entire thing and half pepperoni. I don’t know how you mess up something so simple. Will not be ordering from here again and I advise others not to as well. Stick to dominos or a local place like bridge or biga, papa John’s SUCKS.

I ordered a pizza for carry out on Saturday night, Sept 21, 2024. When I went in to pick it up, I could tell it was a busy night! There were LOTS of orders in the queue, and Chris at the front was handling each and every customer with so much patience and care. I witnessed several times where customers were short with him and he was so respectful, kind, and understanding back to each one. I was very impressed! Wanted to give him a shout out because he was killing it tonight!

They hired new staff that are really doing a good job for still being understaffed. The new guy in the evening is very friendly and really pulling it together. I’m a dasher and it was a real —show, but now he has my order ready and a smile on his face!
