Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Food is always good but seemed like customer service is lacking. They had a gentleman walk out because he wasn't getting help and the workers seemed irritated every time someone walked in.

Large stuffed crust had very little sauce, toppings were tasteless, "stuffed" crust had very, very little cheese, recomended cook time dried out the crust into a cracker!

I'll never go again.

We went to kalispell downtown papa Murphy on 1/16. The service was great but the Chicago style pizza I typically order was not great. There was approximately 2 1/2" + ring of crust. And not as much meat as I have seen in past visits. I was concerned it maybe cost cutting step or maybe off day. I will try again some day and adjust my review if better

Horrible service! My husband picked it up and the guy working ignored him and then told him to find his order himself! All the sauces were forgotten and once he found our order it was made wrong. Very dissapointed!

After working all day and getting stuff ready for a party, ordered pizza to be ready at 7 for a birthday party. They gave my husband 2 of the 3 pizzas. He didn't realize I ordered 3 and arrived home with only 2 which 2 of the kids wouldn't eat. We called and their response was we could come and pick it up- which at that point would have made it so we didn't get home until 830 or 9. We had to order and pay for another pizza at another store. When I spoke to the manager (Jen) she was rude and ridiculed me saying "that little medium pizza was for half the kids?" To be honest the pizza wasn't great- the monkey bread was the only good part, but will never be returning.
