We went to kalispell downtown papa Murphy on 1/16. The service was great but the Chicago style pizza I typically order was not great. There was approximately 2 1/2" + ring of crust. And not as much meat as I have seen in past visits. I was concerned it maybe cost cutting step or maybe off day. I will try again some day and adjust my review if better

Looks like most of the negative reviews on here are Karens. I’ve been eating pizza here for years and never had an issue. I always order online and use the drive thru window. Of course if you show up at peak time, they’re going to be busy and you should be prepared to wait. They’re people, not robots. They are working a job that doesn’t pay nearly enough to live in this town. They’re doing their best, and of course they want to go home. Why would you show up 5 minutes...

I ordered online almost 45 min before arrival and they hadn't started it when I got there 5 min after the supposed will be ready time. I had to wait over 15 min after that for the order as they continually prioritized walk-ins. People who ordered and walked in after me... It seems they either do not have a system to organize online and walkin orders OR the staff is not trained yet.
