Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I come into the Russell location quite often and sadly it seems as if this crew doesn't seem to care about the food or customers. I go there due to it being such a welcoming place, however not recently, it's been going down. My interaction with the man taking my order was not the most comfortable, as he seemed to be very irritated in having to take my order, or even being alright with me adding changes to my order, and he sped me along. The man was also very passive aggressive in his speaking and I do not know if it's a bad day or what the case may be, however this is not ok to treat paying customers, as if they're not welcome but an irritation instead. I will be driving to 3 rd st from now on, I'll gladly sacrife gas and distance for better customer service and atmosphere. Thanks.

3800 s russell Papa Murphy's is under new owners. I was given good service and bought two great big pizza.

Placed an order online for a New York pizza. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it. I may have messed this up but I really don’t know for sure. No worries, I’ll just place the order. Go through the process and the gentleman wants $14.99 when it’s $9.99 online. I let him know the online price thinking easy fix. Nope! It’s policy that it must be placed online. Pathetic! To make things take a tumble even further, what looks like the owner, is standing behind the gentleman watching the whole interaction. Is it worth it to me to jump through hoops like this? Absolutely not! Other pizza joints would love the business.

Price is fair. Cheaper than a few other pizza places around town. The nice thing is, because you are cooking it at home it isn't cold when you get there. I live outside of missoula so that part is a plus for me. The flavor was really goodnon the specialty pizzas I bought.

When we first moved here 2 years ago the Russell location was great. But over the last year, EVERY SINGLE TIME my family eats from here we get physically ill. It happened 4 times before I figured it out. All 5 of us- every time. I don't know if they're not cleaning properly or using expired prepped products as to not throw them away but it's really bad. Haven't been back.

Ordered the family size thin crust gourmet veggie with pepperoni. Wow! Yummy. Staff is very friendly.

Russell location has always been our go to. Lately, the kids working there have been slacking and tonight I'm saying something. I ordered the crustless Keto pizza. It's already over priced but I can't eat crust so whatever. $17.00 and what I got is a box half empty. 10.9 ounces of what equates to less than a salad and let's keep in mind that I'm weighing this in the container. I'll drive to 3rd street next time and if it's like this there I will sadly be done with this chain.

The pizza was poorly made. The food preparation was sub standard, each topping was haphazardly weighed, sprinkled on, with half thrown back. Very skimpy on the toppings. The half asleep attitude made me just think... I'll add more toppings at home and not waste my time.
