The 4 of us had breakfast at Paul's Pancake House. This was a great experience for all of us. The menu selection was excellent. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals consisting of pancakes, eggs, hash, bacon and sausage. I must comment on the pancakes. I am fussy and these were the best I have had outside of my kitchen. They were light, fluffy and most importantly tender. Not gummy! But even the pancakes were out done by the Biscuits and Country Gravy. It is difficult to...
GOOD....Food comes fast. Homemade taste. You get a discount if you pay with cash.
BAD.... I had to ask our waitress for more coffee. She's a little older and perhaps needs help.
What I really don't like is where they put the dirty dishes before taking back to the kitchen. They drop them in the pan SO LOUDLY that it hurts the ears! It's ridiculous! There's customers all around that area. That needs to be addressed by the owner.

We were greeted on arrival, and given a buzzer as the restaurant was busy. We sat in the small waiting area and admired the decor of signs. \nAfter about 20 minutes we were shown to our table. We could see the daily special board too.\nI chose biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns and link sausage plus 2 scrambled eggs. My friend had the raspberry pancake special. \nThe food arrived very quickly. \n
