Service was terrific! Food was OK. The hashbrowns with my meal were greasy and hard. They need to pay more attention to what's cooking on the stove!

This place always has really great service. Food is alright. It's one of the few places open late in Missoula for a full menu.

Food was great, and the sweet lady that served us was very sweet and on top of things, she had us replacement drinks before the ones we had were completely empty. We didn't have to wait for anything. She got a good tip

Service was really good. Waitress joked with us and made sure we were important at the same time. Good food and atmosphere allowing for decent conversation without shouting.

Always an enjoyable experience at Perkins. A joyful appeasing staff and servers aiming for nothing less than a pleasurable dining experience. Their menu allows for various tastes and levels of hunger. With excellent desserts and pies to select. Dining room and other public areas are clean and orderly. Easily accessible from various directions with handicap capabilities. Prices are very competitive with like establishments. However I do disagree with the cup of coffee price, although a whole carafe is delivered. But $2.50 seems a bit extreme for one patron. On my next visit I'm sure to address that point.

I believe I had posted how much we love Perkins before but they never let you down. They have something new, or something I haven't tried before, every time we go in. Each time we go I come away with a new favorite. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional. They make you feel like a valued customer. Prices are very reasonable and it's just a comfortable place to eat.

One star is being too nice. Their service was non-existent and water tastes terrible. We were waiting at the front with a group of 6, there were other tables and no staff to be seen. After waiting for 7-10 minutes, someone else had to get up to tell them in the kitchen that there were people waiting. We heard a waitress yell "i know!" And we still waited another 5 minutes. Waitress came out to help a different table so we walked out. Staff was also yelling loudly from kitchen that other customers could hear. Unprofessional and non-existent customer service. Go elsewhere!!!

Family restaurant open 24 hours. Service is usually courteous, professional, and efficient. The food quality can vary. They appear to do a good job of training their wait staff. The kitchen staff must be handled differently and the results are unpredictable.

The food is good, the servers are wonderful, even working with some people there are wonderful..but when one gets hired for a full time job of never working the line, looking for a prep job being told they need cooks. When hired as a line cook with little training then stripped from the schedule with no communication what so ever? One should be mindful to where they apply to a job. Man has Missoula changed! Kinda saddens my heart to be treated so poorly.

It is always busy whenever we eat there, but we get seated pretty quickly. The food is pretty good and has comparable to other similar type restaurants. They are willing to work with substitutions, which is awesome.

More than I expected from this type of establishment. Second time I went and second time I ordered the Chopped Cobb salad. Such a great meal! I had been off of Perkins for years but these experiences made a difference. My father ordered the tomato basil soup with pumpkin pie and said they were both very good. Our server Felix was friendly and efficient.
