had to call three times to see where my delivery was at, they stated they did not have a delivery driver and were waiting on doordash, my order was over 30 minutes late? pizza hut manager kaml said she could so nothing about the order once it was picked uo, then stop using door dash for deliveries, avoid pizza hut !!

I wanted to take a moment and thank the Pizza Hut crew on North Reserve that's working January 3rd the 3pm to 4pm hour. Yall ROCK!!! I ordered a pizza box, first off the pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks were done to perfection! The delivery lady was so kind, my mom is battling bone cancer and I had a the pizza delivered for her and my kiddos, the lady brought the pizza in as my mom can't carry it and put it on the stove for her. I don't know your name but I want to say THANK YOU for being so kind. The weather is snowy and nasty and I just want to personally thank you for your kindness. This was the best customer service. God bless you all and pray 2025 is blessed!

Worst Pizza hut and the manager Amy is rude and doesn't appreciate business or customers. I ordered a pepperi pizza and they gave me a cheese pizza. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The manager would not attempt to get my order right and was one of the rudest most unappreciative I've dealt with. I have never had this happen at any other pizza huts. I drove 15 miles into town and 15 miles home and it was such a let down and feel traumatized after dealing with this pizza hut and their manager Amy. I am totally disappointed and very traumatic
Worse pizza in 4 years. I asked and paid for dbl. Cheese. Cheese was paper thin and burnt brown and black. I told manager to his face and all he said was ya. This manager and cook needs to be retrained or fired. I won't be going back

Pizza takes too long to get to my place which is 10 mins or less from Pizza Hut. Pizza was cold and they did not add toppings I paid for. Another time the pizza had been dropped on its side and looked like a football shaped mess in the box. Bad quality at reserve st store. Also the girl I talked to about the issue wanted to argue with me about how fresh it was.

I like pizza Hut. But what I really liked was pizza buffet and salad bar. I miss that. To me that was there edge on other pizza places. Now if I'm only getting pizza or just feel like a slice I got to the Bridge, Bigga or even Domino's. So sorry Pizza Hut you used to be a favorite. This location isn't super busy and has nice cozy seating so if ya wanna beat the crowds for a quick lunch, this may be your place to do it.
