It was more like bread not a pretzel. Maybe just an off day. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I went here because one of my coworkers SWORE up and down that this is the best pretzel place in the mall.I got the mini pretzel hot dogs. You pay $6 for six nuggets. Absolutely absurd prices. And the nuggets aren’t even fresh! I asked how long ago they were made and they said “oh only about 30 minutes ago.” So for thirty minutes they were sitting under a heat lamp and were super gross! You can see in my photo how old, gross, and oily they look. The packaging is soaked through. I ate one and it tasted awful and was stale. I showed them to my coworker and she said that’s not how they normally look and they must have given me an old batch.I asked for a refund and they said their policy is no refunds but they could get me something else. Lesson learned: go to Auntie Anne’s instead!! At least they give you more than six pretzels in their cup!EDIT: I had to go back THREE times, ask for a manager, and they finally voided the purchase. So they CAN do refunds. So they improved the experience for me a little. Thank you for making this right!

The price has increased but the pretzels are smaller. They are very pale and no longer beautiful golden brown and slightly crisp. Doughy and raw on the inside too. What's with the changes guys??

Usually I really like ordering from here but this last time really left a sour taste in my month. Employee was super rude in her remarks, and after I had sat down I could hear her complaining. She also corrected how I said something that really didn’t need corrected.
super helpful person named aero at the front helping us!
Janet had a horrible attitude. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. Not coming back
I will admit I used to be an employee, first and foremost. I spent 2 years behind the counter, and eventually got supervisor position...for 5 cents over minimum. Do. Not. Work for them. I never ever met the actual owner, and drama is rampant. The longer I stayed, the worse it got, and it only seems worse from recent reviews. I apologize sincerely for how awful your experience was. Professionalism died after many of us left for better jobs. If I had the money I would certainly open my own to teach them they need to shape up.Pro tip: Ask for a fresh pretzel every time. I used to check (with gloves) how hard a pretzel was before serving, but they no longer do this. They have taken a quick buck over quality. I miss the pretzels, I really do, but I will never buy from them again.I will conclude with this: This store will shrivel and die unless things drastically change and fighting stops.Just remembered: I was once told the pretzel place was an afterthought, since Bob's Pizza is owned by the same people. It's pretty clear that The Pretzel Place is the redheadded step-child of business, and always gets pushed aside and stepped on.Edit 2: Checked Facebook messages. An old employee threatened me after I filed a grievance on him. Real frickin' classy. Get ahold of your nutcase employees!
Yay pretzels! The mini pretzel dogs are my favorites and I get a different topping every time I go!
Very immaculate the way they work, but sometimes the employee attitude turns me off.

I would like to leave no stars! Very disrespectful customer service. Burnt pretzels! This place needs someone to come in and show them how to treat customers.
Love love this place! Much better than the competitors
We had a very friendly and professional experience this weekend. Plus the pretzel bites were excellent! Wish I could have left a tip with my card.
