In my opinion, his sushi and ramen the best in town, and there isn’t a man more deserving of success! He cooks with integrity and for that he earns my utmost respect. With culinary talent and a wonderful staff, I see great thing ahead for Sushi Palace. I’m glad Missoula did not lose Ko or his talents.“
