My boyfriend and I love this place, our favorite restaurant in town. The food never disappoints and we LOVE the Les Halles roll. The only reason I’m not leaving five stars is the service is generally fine but nothing memorable.

Loved Saketome Sushi! The vibe is fresh and stylish, with awesome decor and a chill urban energy. Sushi rolls are creative, unique and tasty. The drinks are fun and well-made, and the non-sushi menu has options for everyone. The service was friendly and attentive, making it perfect for date nights or casual dinners. Definitely recommend snagging a seat at the sushi bar for the full experience!

Very interesting!! Perfect for non-sushi lovers.
I love sushi and normally eat AYCE with a Hispanic flare down south. This is by the roll and is like sushi with a 'turf' spin to some of their rolls.
The one with the wagyu beef tastes like a plate of surf, The clockwork Orange tastes like a nice plate of white fish with lemony seasoning, the kookin out tasted like a seafood boil. Overall it was a very unique sushi experience and the interior is beautiful (despite the odd ugly mural on the wall - star)

My wife and I are still new to Sushi, but we were incredibly surprised and thankful how good and delicious everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was extremely laid-back clean and comfortable. We will be coming back here.

Me and my partner were visiting and love sushi, so we stopped by. Food was delicious but we both had visceral reactions to the portion size of both the cocktails and the nigiri. The $15 cocktail I ordered was probably ~100ml and the nigiri was so small, we looked at each other wide-eyed when it was dropped off. We get nigiri at every sushi restaurant we visit and these were the smallest pieces I have ever seen.

The food here is the best! The rolls are incredibly unique and all of the flavors work together so well. However I have been here twice and had one really great service experience but also one not great experience. That thankfully didn’t stop me from coming back though!

Kent my sushi chef and Scout my server were both awesome...... They have two of my favorite staples; FRESH wasabi. AND shishito peppers! Their rolls are super unique and some come with goat cheese which were AMAZING! I am coming back tomorrow!

I’ve had sushi from coast to coast in the U.S., and this spot doesn’t quite meet expectations. First, the rolls here are smaller than average, yet priced a bit higher. Second, the restaurant puts its own twist on sushi by incorporating ingredients like wagyu and goat cheese. Usually wagyu is served in the nigiri style with a bigger and simpler portion of meat and rice. When added to a small sushi roll it loses its effect. Personally, I’ve never seen goat cheese on sushi before, and it felt less like traditional sushi and more like a charcuterie board. I won’t be ordering goat cheese on sushi again. I’ll likely return to try something more traditional. On a positive note, the service is great; the staff is attentive and friendly, although most seem new and couldn’t share much about the beautiful decor and installations. The atmosphere is stylish and inviting, a blend of seductive and classy that gives it a unique Asian-American fusion vibe.

Dietary restrictions: If you’re lactose intolerant don’t eat goat cheese not even a little as it is potent.
