“Very kind and caring baristas. Coffee and food is very good and it's nice to be able to really connect with some of those baristas. Even if it's just a simple conversation about the day's struggles, it's great to feel that person to person connection. They work efficiently and effectively to deliver your coffee to you. Cheers!!!
Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegetarian... It's mostly coffee after all! Anything that has meat says the meat or has in it and for vegans there are many options for milk substitutes.
Dietary restrictions: Many different options for different kinds of milk etc.
Parking: Usually pretty open parking. Relatively easy to find a good spot.
Kid-friendliness: I mean they don't serve alcohol so that's a pretty big step for kids friendliness. Also the baristas are super kind and do not pursue you to order quickly
Wheelchair accessibility: There aren't steps to get in and the entrance I believe is wide enough for a wheelchair user to fit through with ease.“
“I just wanted to say I love the girl Hannah’s customer service! It’s was definitely 10/10 she helped me order my drink! Asked about my weekend, And for working in customer service area she is a 10/10! I would love to just put that out there! Go to brooks st and go see Hannah! She is awesome! (Yes my name is Hannah as well)“
“even though it's only the drive-up window that's open they made two huge travelers crafts of different coffee for me and I was able to order it online and pick it up at the window and bring it to the workplace at 7:00 a.m.. really great service and what a great product!“
“Thank you for continuing the Starbucks smiles and amazing service all the way here in Montana. We stopped by this Starbucks twice last month. Once on our way to Livingston and our next on the way back to Washington State. \n\nThe staff at this location all are friendly and smiles, smiles, smiles. Super friendly, clean restrooms and dinning area. Way to go Starbucks. \n\nFood was great and again A+++ on service and friendly staff.“
“I gave Starbucks a bad review based on information from a very well educated friend only to find out the information was wrong. Don't do as I did. Investigate for yourself. I made myself look ignorant because of my post. I now apologize and went to Starbucks to buy coffee and support them. They do support our veterans. May Almighty God bless us all.“
“Shoutout to Nicky at Starbucks in Missoula
Passing through Missoula, we hit up Starbucks and got lucky with Nicky as our barista. She was amazing! The coffee was the standard Starbucks. No surprises. Even as a newbie, Nicky was a total rockstar.
Handling the register like a pro, she nailed all our questions about the new refreshers, while three more seasoned female coworkers were busy chatting amongst themselves. The vibe was a bit cliquey, but Nicky stayed cool, waiting for a break in their convo to get some guidance.
We didn’t feel bad for Nicky; we felt bad for her coworkers. With her killer work ethic, she’s bound to be their boss soon.
Thanks for the awesome refresher recommendation, Nicky! It was delish! We’d come back to this Starbucks just to see your bubbly personality again.“
