I'm not a huge Starbucks fan, but this location was great. Made our drinks super fast and didn't mess any of them up.

Lindsay was a complete gem! We got a couple drinks through the drive through and she was such a genuine, kind, and sweet person. Give this woman a raise! Along with all of your workers, Starbucks!

Spent $5 for coffee but they automatically charged $10. I will happily tip $5 to a waitress but I find a 100% increase to hand me my coffee excessive. The card was charged automatically. Beware!!!

Came in and got a bagel and an iced water. Got the WARM water after 20 min in a grande cup with no ice. Then proceeded to wait another 20 min for a PLAIN BAGEL. We asked why we haven’t gotten it yet since we are seeing people behind us getting there things and they say it’s because there label maker wasn’t working and that they would put ours in after two or three orders so we walked out and lost our money because we weren’t about to wait another hour considering we still have a four hour drive home. Worst service I’ve experienced and I’ve never wrote a review before but considering I lost money I felt I needed to. Starbucks has definitely changed and not for the better. Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. I understand these are mostly kids working but in that case training needs to be improved and they need to inform customers if something is being fixed and is going to take longer.

Shoutout to Nicky at Starbucks in Missoula

Passing through Missoula, we hit up Starbucks and got lucky with Nicky as our barista. She was amazing! The coffee was the standard Starbucks. No surprises. Even as a newbie, Nicky was a total rockstar.

Handling the register like a pro, she nailed all our questions about the new refreshers, while three more seasoned female coworkers were busy chatting amongst themselves. The vibe was a bit cliquey, but Nicky stayed cool, waiting for a break in their convo to get some guidance.

We didn’t feel bad for Nicky; we felt bad for her coworkers. With her killer work ethic, she’s bound to be their boss soon.

Thanks for the awesome refresher recommendation, Nicky! It was delish! We’d come back to this Starbucks just to see your bubbly personality again.

My (trans) little brother and I woke up with a hankering for an overpriced coffee, so we drove to this location so in could sit inside, drink my coffee and finish up a quick little work project before hitting the road. I’m a full time traveler and my brother is with me on a Goofy Movie-style mental health road trip for the next month.

Right as I hit one hour in the shop an officer walked in and I hear them talking about my van. Confused I shout “are you talking about my van?!” The officer came up and told me it was fine and that they talked to my SISTER (they asked for his i’d bc he is pretty androgynous).

So not only do I get treated like a criminal for just *existing* working on my $1500 laptop, TIPPING, and buying two expensive drinks, but they call a (very apologetic) officer out who misgenders my poor social-anxiety-stricken brother DURING PRIDE MONTH!

I genuinely hope this manager feels embarrassed. I drive a literal pink well kept van with beefy brand new tires and brand new registration.

As a former Starbucks partner (barista> shift supervisor > ASM) with partner numbers #208xxxx I’m ASHAMED. Starbucks used to be so kind and caring. I remember every morning we’d give an actual homeless man a cup of coffee because Starbucks had the right culture of wanting to do good. Now they treat honest patrons like criminals.
