I had to take time to write this review. Around 3 weeks ago, I was visiting from out of town and stopped at this Starbucks location to finish up some artwork for a client. I had spent long hours working there (over a 2 day time frame). I purchased a couple of Venti lattes and a sandwich both days. The lattes were made perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness (1 pump of white chocolate). What really impressed me (as one with high expectations) was that it was by far the best managed Starbucks I have ever visited. All of the staff were upbeat, happy and friendly. Jessie (I believe he was the manager) was there both days (the entire day) working closely with his employees, designating tasks to everyone to ensure everything was operating smoothly. He was helping interview and train new staff, and setting up displays. Everything was spotless and clean. After spending most of my day there again (the second day) and making purchases of close to $30 each day, Jessie came over with a free mug of fresh, hot drip coffee and checked to see how I was doing...taking notice to how hard and long I had been working on this project. I have never had a Starbucks manager show care and gratitude to their customers as Jessie did; he needs a raise! Starbucks needs to model their business around this location! Thank you Jessie and your team for the positive and amazing experience...outstanding! I hope to visit there again soon.

How do you manage to get something as simple as a black coffee with a splash of creamer wrong? This is literally the most basic order possible. I feel like it shouldn’t even be up for debate, yet somehow it is. It makes me wonder if anyone here actually cares about the customer experience. Simple attention to detail shouldn’t be optional, and unfortunately, that seems to be the case.

Been standing here waiting for 10 mins for the kids working here to literally put the order in the bag. It's so disrespectful to the customer and the delivery driver to do this. Literally would take u 20 seconds to bag the order but all your Starbucks cares about is the customer standing in front of u

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I placed an order at this location for an office of 23 people (everyone ordered something different). The order went so smooth and the employees were so kind - one of them even helped me carry all of the drinks out to my car. FANTASTIC, seriously, the best experience I've ever had at a coffee shop! If you need a large order, this is the place to get it from.

The older ladies that work here are awful and rude and clearly hate there job because, every other Starbucks is the friendliest nicest start a conversation with and have a good coffee… I0/10 DO NO RECOMMEND!!!!!
