I had to get my drink replacement today made correctly by the employee "Barista" who's name is Infinity, she done the best job with remaking my drink the correct way and stood behind customer service, I recommend getting your coffee here, she was awesome, she deserves recognition for her great customer service in fixing my drink the correct way

Worst experience at a Starbucks. The lady who took our order didn’t note the coconut in my drink due to a no dairy diet, so my drink showed up with regular milk and whipped cream on top. The person who made my drink told me to get back in line and get charged for it before she’d remake (to her credit, she ended with not making me do this). When we opened our food after getting the correct drinks, we realized one sandwich was the wrong item, and mine had a normal sized bun on one side and a bun half the size on the other side. Coffees were at least good. Don’t recommend this location, though.

Employees are fast, coffee is what you would expect but there is one huge problem. The drive-thru line snakes through the area where you park. You can't get out if there is a line. It took us 17 minutes to get out. I won't ever do that again.

It would have been nice to be acknowledged when walking to the register. There were at least 7 people working behind the counter and two girls literally right in front of me and they didn’t stop their conversation just because of me. After nearly 4 minutes of me standing there, one turned and said, Hi, how can I help you? The crazy thing is no one went out of their way to speak to me (the customer). I ordered my standard Venti Medicine Ball and went in my way.
