The employer that was working tonight January 1, 2025 around 6 o’clock, was very rude and unprofessional it was a small boutique, Caucasian lady with blonde hair first they act like they didn’t wanna come to the door or they didn’t see us at the door but when she finally came to the door, she told us that there closed my question to her was your hours say 8 o’clock and she snapped back and said is New Year’s Day we close at six, but I will never came if their site was updated and said that they closed at six on New Year’s their site said seven .

We were there shortly after 5:30 am when they opened. We were the only customers there at that time. One of the three women behind the counter may have called our name, but neither my husband or I heard them. After waiting 15 – 20 minutes, one of them happened to notice we were still sitting there without our Americano coffees and called our attention to them. Although the overhead music was a little loud, they couldn’t make sure we heard that our coffees were ready (served on the short side of the counter; we were sitting along the long side of the counter)! We were so angry we grabbed the coffees and walked out. Got into the car, heading out on an 8-hour drive, and found our coffees to be luke warm. To top it off, I really don’t know why we gave them a $5 tip. It was such a simple thing. Never again.

All the baristas there are so nice and friendly. They are super quick and let us know of any special offers they have. Ellen is the barista I usually get and she is extreamly upbeat and happy! The rest of the team is also SO amazing!
