We were there shortly after 5:30 am when they opened. We were the only customers there at that time. One of the three women behind the counter may have called our name, but neither my husband or I heard them. After waiting 15 – 20 minutes, one of them happened to notice we were still sitting there without our Americano coffees and called our attention to them. Although the overhead music was a little loud, they couldn’t make sure we heard that our coffees were ready (served on the short side of the counter; we were sitting along the long side of the counter)! We were so angry we grabbed the coffees and walked out. Got into the car, heading out on an 8-hour drive, and found our coffees to be luke warm. To top it off, I really don’t know why we gave them a $5 tip. It was such a simple thing. Never again.

What makes Starbucks great is they are always consistent in taste and quality of there coffee drinks.
I mean it's Starbucks... No one complains about their coffee! Very nice place for sure. Always great friendly staff. Always clean. Always has what I want when it comes to coffee.

Best chai latte i have had. Sadly didn’t have the breakfast sandwich i had wanted but that’s not up to them. Definitely recommend for people traveling through or in the area.
