Instead of taking 30 seconds to bag a done doordash.... you take 10 mins. I guess getting food out to people that already have paid is not important to you and the ability of doordashers to make a living wage in this town is also not important to you.Guess all that matters is the money in your pockets.

The worst Starbucks drinks I’ve EVER had.
Stopped in on a roadtrip to get two fraps for a treat. Upon being handed them I knew they weren’t going to be good - you could see the separation. However, the girl that made them seemed like the type to spit in them if I complained. I accepted them and hoped for the best. Nope. Chunks of ice and no flavor. So bad and disappointing. So bad that I called Starbucks to request a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have the receipt # (I don’t take it/ why can they not look up my cc #?). I would drive as long as needed to find a different coffee shop.

The new girl in the mornings is not very kind. She cut me off when I was asking a question to very bluntly tell me she's new and she doesn't know. There's a nicer way to communicate with people. I'm a regular usually, but probably not anymore

I don't expect batistas to be overly joyful or friendly or even engage in small talk with me but the person working the evening of 9/15 was simply unkind. Ignored me when I walked up so i thought maybe they were trying to close so i asked to double check. No issue there. Continued to be baffling unkind. If I didn't have to interact with them further to get a refund I would have asked for one.
Would be better if they had a place to get away from the angry, shoppers and screaming kid, his mom had no idea how to get this kid to stop screaming. I was hoping for a throat punch, but would’ve settled for a small amount of effort from anyone with a backbone. Unfortunately we received neither so we all shopped to the smooth sounds of a tiny, less cool, low rent, irritating rendition of a blue whale call.
