The staff seemed uncertain of what they were doing but nonetheless were attentive to our requests and swift to fulfil our orders. While visits start out looking like we may have questionable service the staff quickly shows that they are able to bring a smile and deliver. Much better than many subways that I have been to.
Was dissatisfied, the owner contacted me threw a phone option, about a discount issue ,I should have gotten,but didn't. The owner should have ,honored/credited me the discount that was on my phone screen bar code . It was a few dollars, which dollars count these days. I won't go back to his location ,unless he rectify s the advertised promotion

Pretty good experience. Dude in the Steelers mask was nice (even tho i’m a browns fan). Didn’t make us wear masks or anything. Only complaints were that the marinara sauce on my meatball sub was a little cold and they were out of parmesan and oregano. Decent experience otherwise.
