This is the worst subway I have ever been to, and I travel and eat at Subway often. 2 slices of turkey on my sandwich? the workers looked un clean and greasy hair non combed hair wearing a dirty gray shirt and dirty gray sweat pants, he didn't know how to make a sandwich, maybe his first day? I was hungry and in a hurry so I sat in lobby and ate my sub, not very fresh and bread or anything and lettuce had been frozen and wilted so I slid that off sub, the bread was a bit doughy or not cooked enough. on the way to the bathroom after I ate saw a quite a few MOUSE droppings then my stomach rolled thinking about how dirty the workers are and this place is and I just ate here. I am never on this side of town, but if I am I will never stop at this place. I was at this place a week ago, looked at reviews today and so many bad reviews. I am going to start checking reviews before I eat at places for now on.

Location was great but the service was terrible and the vegetables were frozen and soggy and the readers for QR codes was down and the person helping us was rude. Not the greatest subway I've been to for sure 🫤

11/24/24 at 8:40pm. The individual working at the restaurant ran to the door as we were about to walk in and locked it on us. Then went behind the counter on their phone. The restaurant does not close until 9pm as listed online. If you actually close at 8:40 then that should be listed online. it is beyond disrespectful how this individual acted tonight, it seemed as if they just don’t want to do their job. Must work on costumer service skills.

Young who was working did a great job. The young lady thought that a personal phone call from a friend is more important than the customers. She answered mid check out and the young man ended up doing the whole job he deserves a raise she deserves to be fired!!

I have ordered delivery through the app twice in the last month. Both times sandwiches have been disappointing and this last order forgot my drink and cookies. Since I ordered through the subway app there is no way to get a refund. I will never order from here again

My daughter wanted Subway after her doctor's appointment, so we went to the Higgins location. I have to admit I vowed to never set foot at a Subway because everytime I decide to go, I received the worst customer service. This location was super busy at noon of course but I received great customer service even though you can clearly see the employees were overwhelmed with the rush hour, they handle it very professional.
The short manager with a dark beard/glasses was being very disrespectful to his younger girl employees, along with yelling at customers, and door dashers. Never seen such poor service and disrespect. Guy needs fired asap.
