Walked in, expecting a regular sort-of-gross fast food experience. Nope! I had a great sandwich, made by very respectful and friendly staff, and a very clean restaurant. 10/10 customer service! Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely love the new owners! Place is much cleaner great staff I had a shorter girl with brown hair a taller girl with red/brown hair and a younger guy with brown hair they was super nice and respectful and made a great conversation! Definitely will be my new regular spot to get dinner.

I came in tonight with some friends after finding the store to be closed early last night. We were only hoping to order some sandwiches and leave, but I ended up having to excuse myself to the bathroom. During this, the young blond female employee began to light into my fiancé about his sandwich, that was paid for, and how it was too complicated for them to make. Immediately after, the younger male employee began to argue with him about wanting less pickles and then about coming to knock on the bathroom door to let me know that we were ready to go. All in all, it seemed like the employees truly didn’t want to be there and took no pride in their work or their customer service.

Love going to the subway on Higgins. Always good food and clean environment. Always recieve exceptional customer service from everyone and are super friendly. Particularly love seeing my faviorte worker, Dusty!!

About 3 months ago, we came in about 45 minutes to almost an hour before closing. Right away the situation felt really uncomfortable. A random guy walked out from the back with one of the female employees, and another employee seemed visibly upset and made comments about us coming in.
We even asked if they were closing and offered to leave and go somewhere else because the vibe felt off, but they said it was fine and went ahead and made our sandwiches. I don’t think people who aren’t working should be in the back with employees, but that alone wasn’t what bothered me.
What really made us uncomfortable was the aggressive, creepy behavior of the guy just sitting there, not eating anything, and staring at us the entire time. We had our child with us, so the situation felt especially unsettling. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back. Overall, it was a very strange and uncomfortable experience.

I cashed out at 245 on my lunch today and the older lady bagged the sandwich and said we close at 3. I asked if it would be okay if I ate it at a table and the younger guy who made the sub said it would be better if you didn’t. Then they talked to each other about how customers linger when closing a restaurant. Since I’ve been in food service for 20 years I was more saddened that the new owners had this kind of crew representing them while they were out. We won’t be back

Staff were rood and the veggies were frozen to the side of the pans and the lettuce was slimy and brownish. I'll never go to that one ever again and the turkey meat smelled rotten

Went there after a long day of work, loved the employees especially the nice man with short dirty blonde hair and the girl with tattoos. He was especially very funny with his jokes, the girl was super sweet and was very respectful towards both me and my spouse. Got everything right with our order and sadly convinced my spouse to get cookies😂. He couldn’t say no so we ended up paying for more than what we came there for which was fine by me, being 6 months pregnant you definitely get a sweet tooth. By far my best experience at a subway in Missoula.

Came through yesterday, was helped by a short lady with a butterfly tattoo on her arm, was extremely nice, attentive, and efficient. Ever since the establishment was opened again the atmosphere has been wonderful, and so much more clean! Very impressed with the whole crew

Employees are extremely disrespectful, short girl with butterflies tattoos on her arm was very rude, did almost little to nothing to help and was standoffish to everyone she interacted with. Rolled her eyes as customers the view times she would make eye contact. Bad work ethic. Was on her phone in the front. Honestly just makes that subway not worth driving to. Hostile employees ruin environments.
