I cashed out at 245 on my lunch today and the older lady bagged the sandwich and said we close at 3. I asked if it would be okay if I ate it at a table and the younger guy who made the sub said it would be better if you didn’t. Then they talked to each other about how customers linger when closing a restaurant. Since I’ve been in food service for 20 years I was more saddened that the new owners had this kind of crew representing them while they were out. We won’t be back

Staff were rood and the veggies were frozen to the side of the pans and the lettuce was slimy and brownish. I'll never go to that one ever again and the turkey meat smelled rotten

Staff was friendly and they were eager to make sandwiches for us!! One of the better subways for sure!!! Sandwiches were well made and delicious, would visit again 😌

Went there after a long day of work, loved the employees especially the nice man with short dirty blonde hair and the girl with tattoos. He was especially very funny with his jokes, the girl was super sweet and was very respectful towards both me and my spouse. Got everything right with our order and sadly convinced my spouse to get cookies😂. He couldn’t say no so we ended up paying for more than what we came there for which was fine by me, being 6 months pregnant you definitely get a sweet tooth. By far my best experience at a subway in Missoula.

Came through yesterday, was helped by a short lady with a butterfly tattoo on her arm, was extremely nice, attentive, and efficient. Ever since the establishment was opened again the atmosphere has been wonderful, and so much more clean! Very impressed with the whole crew

Employees are extremely disrespectful, short girl with butterflies tattoos on her arm was very rude, did almost little to nothing to help and was standoffish to everyone she interacted with. Rolled her eyes as customers the view times she would make eye contact. Bad work ethic. Was on her phone in the front. Honestly just makes that subway not worth driving to. Hostile employees ruin environments.

Drove by today and was pleasantly surprised it is open after being closed a few months! The store is under new ownership, and is very clean and the employees all seem very happy!
Sandwich was prepared perfectly and everything tasted super fresh!
Very glad this location is open again and will definitely be a regular customer!

Just shut down already. It's clear the owner doesn't give a damn about this location anymore. Bulldoze it and put in a better sandwich shop or something more useful.
Older review: The manager with the salt and pepper beard is...really not nice. Very nasty attitude when I just asked for extra cheese for my pretzel. I was willing to pay for it and he claimed he had no way to ring it up. Even if that's true it made me very upset, I had a hard week already and just wanted something simple after work...

This is the worst subway I have ever been to, and I travel and eat at Subway often. 2 slices of turkey on my sandwich? the workers looked un clean and greasy hair non combed hair wearing a dirty gray shirt and dirty gray sweat pants, he didn't know how to make a sandwich, maybe his first day? I was hungry and in a hurry so I sat in lobby and ate my sub, not very fresh and bread or anything and lettuce had been frozen and wilted so I slid that off sub, the bread was a bit doughy or not cooked enough. on the way to the bathroom after I ate saw a quite a few MOUSE droppings then my stomach rolled thinking about how dirty the workers are and this place is and I just ate here. I am never on this side of town, but if I am I will never stop at this place. I was at this place a week ago, looked at reviews today and so many bad reviews. I am going to start checking reviews before I eat at places for now on.
