Tbh, subway just isn't good. With thier prices rising, there is no reason for me to choose subway over other competitors. Bland city, processed meats, and I have to add heavy condiments to give it any flavor at all. I'll pass unless it's all there is in the location I'm in at, at the time. Service is just the norm. Nothing good or bad. Atmosphere is usually clean though.
Workers were zoned out horrible vibe my footlong cookie cold the guy was rude saying I had to order that ahead of checking out I informed him I did and his co.worker said sorry I zoned out like really bad customer service I asked for my sandwich toasted and it isn't horrible all the way around

Customers here are so rude (a good chunk of you). Seriously, I’ve been in a few times the past couple of weeks and man, I’ve got to say some of you grown adults need to learn to treat people better (especially to those who are literally providing a service for you). I treat the staff here with respect and kindness and they do the same. I’ve only had great service here and some of these reviews make me wonder how great of a customer some of you were to the staff before you left a review (you probably weren’t). On a good note, I wish I knew the guys name that is consistently there (at least at night), he has amazing customer service!

Stopped in on my way through Missoula and restaurant was empty except two employees. After several minutes of standing at the order desk not being helped, one employee asked what she should be doing and the other told her to go prep vegetables. I walked out.
We go to and have delivery from the North Reserve Subway location a few times a week and they are always have great customer service and everything is fresh and they always have everything made. been here 30+ times and always 5 star.
Parking: Large parking lot, have seen RVs and Busses in there parking lot
Don't pay before they make your food. You'll think "oh this is convenient". They'll take note of any tip provided, big or small and make trash. Have then make it first then pay.

This place should be reported to the health department and shut down. I ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch sandwich (see photo). The guy making the sandwich couldn't even remember lettuce, tomato, onion, and bell pepper I had to tell him multiple times the toppings I wanted on the sandwich. On top of that, as you can see in the photo, the chicken was cold and severely undercooked. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. Additionally, the cost of the salmonella salad sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink was $20.... Whoever owns this place should be ashamed they are serving "food" of this poor quality. I wouldn't even feed this garbage to a stray dog.
