The Hana sets the standard for sushi in Missoula. While there may be other options available, the quality and price is unmatched. I've been coming here for 18 years now, and the food quality and atmosphere has only improved since Yuriko bought it in 2015.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough; always a spot at the bar for a Kirin, Tekka Maki Handroll and some good conversation with Yuriko or the others making all the delicious food they have to offer.
Great place to visit if you love sushi and stuff. The restaurant theme and energy goes right along with it. Great folks, great food ?

Ordered for takeout but it didn't come with complete set. The miso soup wasn't there. Food was lukewarm. Had to go back to take the soup. Some vegetables tempura didn't cook properly. Sweet potato was hard. Batter in my broccoli still somewhat goey. 2 employees at the front prentending like my food wasn't ready. My food sat there and cooled down while i was waiting, not aware that it was ready. Worst service!
Very solid. Much better than the other offering in Missoula. Highly recommend

Waitress was extremely inattentive, and cashier was barely paying attention to us, ignoring questions until after he did something. Food was ok but nothing spectacular. Bell peppers were very heavy and overpowered the entire dish. Left without finishing even half my order.

Where to begin. There we were a family of five trying to celebrate our special day. It was our son‘s first sushi. It started out nice with some nice clams. Yeah they took a bit long but that’s OK. I half hour for edamame. maybe that seems long, but we’re gonna give them the benefit of the doubt. The multicolored hair girl refused to clear the table. I’ve never seen such a thing so many people came and went. They got their food. They had a time they got their sushi rolls several times we were told our sushi was on the table, they had to make more rice. The kitchen is behind the sushi makers an hour and a half past the time we get our sushi it was warm. Never in my life. I had warm sushi. I’ve had a lot of things warm in my day Coco, coffee steak burritos, but sushi. That’s the one thing you don’t want warm if I could give this a -5 stars I would, I’m worried about how I’m gonna feel in the morning and I will be updating. I hope I don’t spray brown everywhere. I have a job to do my God.

This is such a cute little place with sweet staff. We got miso soup, sake, ahi crisps, and 2 special rolls and everything was delicious!
