The Palace On The Road food truck- some of the best pad Thai I’ve ever had!
When Lucky’s Market closed there was a great deal of uncertainty, but not for Ko! He told us he was opening his own shop in the mall. The staff was ecstatic! In my opinion, his sushi and ramen the best in town, and there isn’t a man more deserving of success! He cooks with integrity and for that he earns my utmost respect. With culinary talent and a wonderful staff, I see great thing ahead for Sushi Palace. I’m glad Missoula did not lose Ko or his talents.
