This is the slowest fast food joint I've ever been to....anywhere on the planet. I don't know why I go back, but I go there a few times a year and I really just ought to plan on sitting in my car in line for 30-45 minutes. No matter how many cars are in line. Once you are there, you are committed for the long haul! They have been consistently this slow for the last 20 years. Tonight it took 20 minutes for one car to move. I could have gone through any of the other fast food joints 12-20 times in yhe time it took to get my food here. Looking at my hands on the steering wheel, I could have sworn I saw my fingernails grow. Don't miss out on living! Seriously, your life is worth more than waiting 45 minutes for a burrito, go somewhere else. Just...don't. I'm taking my own advice and not going there again. If you are reading this while in that line, may God have mercy on your soul and I wish for you a full tank of gas. Oh. And my fries were cold. (Shocker)

Entire order is wrong, franks hot taco had no franks on it, instead it had sour cream. Double stack was turned into classic stickers and my cantina chicken didn't even have the chicken on it. Horrible

Came in for a door dash order and the workers were oblivious to someone standing at the counter. The 2 girls I could hear gossiping were hiding in the drive through area talking away. Finally after about 5 minutes of standing around someone Finally acknowledged I was there. Horrible customer service, the kids working obviously don't want to be at this place and actually work. If I was the owner I would have fired them already if you ask me.

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. Consistently there will be 2-3 cars in front of you and you will wait 30-45 min to get your food. Just had a cashier try to charge me for my mobile order and when I said it was a mobile order she closed the window and was gone for 15 min and I could see my order sitting on the counter through the window and by the time she came to hand it to me it was cold. I would understand if this was a one time thing but it happens every time I visit this location.
