This Taco Bell stands apart from other fast-food restaurants. The staff are all-stars. I visited around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2025, and again on Feb. 27 at about the same time. On both visits, the woman overseeing the front counter and dining room was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. As customers placed orders at digital kiosks, she made sure each of them had the drink cup they ordered before their food came up. Meanwhile, another employee kept the dining area tidy. When a customer thought he’d dropped his money clip in the garbage, the woman overseeing the counter immediately came to help and offered gloves. The workers here are so friendly and they seem to truly care. Whatever the managers/owners are doing here, it works.

Ok we're to begin,well first off taco bell isn't my first choice for food but today I kinda had a small craving for it so I went in and usually I use the restroom first if I have to go or to wash my hands but today when I got to the restaurant here on reserve it's got a lock on the bathroom door so I went and got the code unfortunately it didn't work so I told an associate about it and she asked if I was a customer to which I replied I will be as soon as I relieve myself and she responded saying she can't open the bathroom door unless I have a receipt, I left and now not only is taco Bell's food low quality but so is the care and service

Absolutely best service I have ever had at this location! I ordered inside and all the employees where singing Jon legend ~ all of me. It was an awesome way to start my new year. A lady at the drive through said she was allergic to tomatoes and everyone washed the counters and washed hand and switched gloves. I was amazed to see how much they cared it was awesome!! Way to go Taco Bell employees I'm super happy with my experience today!

I will be declining every Taco Bell order from here on out. I recommend an evening boycott of all Taco Bells in Missoula by UberEats, Dash, etc. After the lobbies close, the wait is unacceptable. Additionally, at the West location, I received an additional order while in the drive through, and they required me to go to the back of the line to get the order. No—absolutely not. Order cancelled.

Great food, but bathroom doors were locked. Some kind of a malfunction
The Diet Soda was nasty and smelled bad. The cheese in the cheese roll was not even melted and the soft taco was a hard taco that was completely broken and missing lettuce with more sour cream then cheese and meat put together. I get they are under staffed and most places are or training new people. Maybe the shift lead or managers should start by one on one training and not during rush hours. Maybe put them at a spot they know very well. I am just not willing to pay the prices for not okay food and drink or the wrong food and drink. This used to be the only Taco Bell my whole family went to because the other ones always made us sick. Please don't turn into the others.
The worst taco bell in town, save your time and money and go to a different location. This one will make you wait INSANE wait times they ignore you and I don't believe they are still in business. Newly remodeled building, same old crap staff.
