The poor employees! Lunch rush and everyone is forced to put in their orders on a machine because there is only 1 girl making all the food and then serving it. She was so stressed but doing her best. She deserves a 5 star review but Taco Bell needs to rethink their staffing strategy.
This Taco Bell stands apart from other fast-food restaurants. The staff are all-stars. I visited around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2025, and again on Feb. 27 at about the same time. On both visits, the woman overseeing the front counter and dining room was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. Absolutely best service I have ever had at this location! I ordered inside and all the employees where singing Jon legend ~ all of me. It was an awesome way to start my new year. A lady at the drive through said she was allergic to tomatoes and everyone washed the counters and washed hand and switched gloves. I was amazed to see how much they cared it was awesome!! Way to go Taco Bell employees I'm super happy with my experience today!
