The AI that takes the order is terrible. It makes the wait time way longer as it takes forever to order. it doesnt register what you said half the time and is constantly trying to upsell you on stuff when you have already told it that you have completed your order.

Cashier at front counter unable or unwilling to take orders. They request you use the kiosk but do not read the whole order. When paying cash, you still have to go app to the counter to finalize your order. Which takes an extra 5 minutes to get someone's attention. If you're going through the drive through this location is fabulous.However the drive through is incredibly tight and hard to navigate in a large pick up.

I ordered through the app and my order was not delivered. I called the store and they went out of their way to get my order to me while I was at work. Thanks to Josh for going above and beyond!!!!
