We are traveling on duty orders, and hauling a uhaul trailer about 5min before 10pm. We were unable to get through the drive through, so my husband asked me to check and see if the lobby was open. I walked up to the doors- both of which were locked. The guy sweeping inside looked up at me, and went back to sweeping. I figured this meant they were closed and began walking back to the truck. Then, a younger male employee peeked his head out of the employee door and told me to go to the drive thru window. I responded that my truck is too big, and he repeated himself to walk to the drive thru window. So I did, and 3 different employees looked at me standing at the drive thru window, before who I am assuming was the shift supervisor told me he can't help me at the window for safety reasons. I explained to him that I was only there because I was told by his employee to go and that my truck wouldn't fit. He told me that's why they allow folks to come in the lobby and order on the kiosk only- specifically because there are big rigs and such from the truck stop next door. So I walked back around the building and he opened the door for me. I ordered, and received my bag of food from the same fellow who I assume was the supervisor. As I left, he said, "have a good night", and I stated "you, too"- and then one of his employees (I am pretty sure the same one who told me to stand at the window) mocked me. It was insane. I was already flustered from the run around to order. It was a really difficult day and week since we found out with little heads up that we had to report for duty in New Mexico in less than a week (with our family of 6)... and then the fellow who mocked me on the way out- it just sent me to tears. I got back to the truck crying and fed my family. The food was fine, the service was quite frankly the most grotesque treatment I have ever received from any kind of a service establishment.

I'm tired of paying for nothing but Lettuce. I ask for my order to be light on the Lettuce and they still manage to go easy on the meat. Where's the taco? I didn't pay their outrageous price for a tortilla and Lettuce. That's ridiculous. We got their party pack because that was dinner for the family. Maybe a family of rabbits or something.

I personally wouldn’t waste my money going here especially, since they can’t get everything in the order ever I’ve gone back for food a total of 7 times. I hardly get Taco Bell because of this so if you guys would like my service any time soon please fix your staff and MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG!!!!!!! Another thing what the hell is this literally throwing a taco together no pun intended
The inside was looking a bit worn and unkempt when we were there. I'm guessing they are having a staffing issue.

Insane how a fast food store at a truck stop of all places, and no less a Taco Bell… is closed at 8PM. Not to mention your hours on here are until 11PM. Incredible. This location continues to have problems. Maybe the owner should actually come down here and work a shift?

Drive through was patient and friendly. I don’t write reviews but this drive through was exceptional
I will not be coming back to this location staff is rude . Ordered the 7$ boxes didn’t come in a box they gave them to us on the side . Barely any meat . Fiesta strips were not crunchy . Ordered to go for my mom and they gave me the 7$ box in a bag and laughed about it . Very rude . Also 3 meat chunks in my street taco . Not good quality. The bathrooms are so dirty the roll of toilet paper is on the ground . One bathroom the nob to flush is broken with pee inside the toilet bowl with toilet paper . The place is just a mess .
