I love taco del sol. However I’m spending 14$ for a burrito I should be getting the best service. I ordered 2 burritos 1 beef 1 chicken I arrived there about an hour before closing there was only one guy in front of me ordering one burrito. When I got home I checked the bags at 6:55 (bad on my part) I realized they only gave me one burrito and it was unmarked. I called and the girl who answered was super sweet she apologized and offered me a free burrito for the next day because they were closing. I was a bit snappy on the phone cause I was kind of mad. Yet again bad on my part. I asked for a refund and she got her manger (I wish I got his name) the manger came out and was super snappy with me he said he would make my burrito for me. He asked what kind I was missing and I replied “I don’t know let me check you guys didn’t mark my burrito” I said chicken then corrected myself and said beef. Instead of asking me the details he just dropped the phone I heard Muttering about me but couldn’t pick out what he said. When I got there he threw the burrito on the table and it was rudely marked “chicken burrito made at 7:03 chicken, cheese, sauce” I was kind of shocked and looked at the other girl and apologized for being snappy on the phone. I then said “I asked for beef I’m sorry this is for my gf not me” he then rudely replied “well come back tomorrow and we will figure it out” he took my burrito and walked off. I asked the girl if I could get the burrito. She then gave it to me. When I got home this burrito was smashed at the end as you can see in the photo (that was not from me the hole in the middle is cause my gf was worried our food was spat in it was not luckily) and it had one piece of chicken in it like a tiny sliver and it wasn’t the right beans, sauce, or anything it only had beans, cheese and rice. Sorry for the long message but please don’t go to this location Taco del sol has the best burrito but the service from the manger was not it! So please go to a new location :) the girl yet again was so sweet also I tipped them 25% card and 4$ cash before all of this happened…which I always tip but this time I regretted it. Yet again the photo is from it being smashed not from me or my gf taking a bite

I’m always stuffed after I eat here, it’s so good! The white baja sauce is my favorite. Great spot to grab and get food, doesn’t ever take very long. I’ve been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. 😁

We got three supposed beef burritos. If you are going to call it a beef burrito there should be beef in it. It was all rice and a few beans. Out of all three we are still searching for the beef. I would rather pay a couple extra dollars to get the beef that I thought I was getting then to eat a burrito with all rice and a couple beans. I would of complained there but it was a take out order and we live an hour and a half away. If you are going to call it a beef burrito there should be beef in it.

06/05- Unfortunately do not know their names but the 2 guys working at 6pm had great customer service!! So friendly, happy, and talkative, I wish more places had employees like this. Definitely made the atmosphere a better place and want to make you come back PLUS the burritos were really good!

Wow, talk about tacos that fill you up. Delicious. Definitely hip little spot for burritos and tacos. Plenty of varieties of sauces and toppings to dress your burritosor tacos. Nice guys at the counter. You can even enjoy a cold beer. Loved the steak taco and cuban taco. Value for the dollar A+.

This is a very good burrito but there are bigger ones for the same price. All the toppings were fresh and tasty. My main issue was that they didn’t have fresh chips, just bagged chips? Sorta weird for a Mexican place but is what it is.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burrito available, probably a good choice.
My tacos were cold, they did make me fresh ones but at that point it was to late I couldn’t even eat,the table smelled of dirty rag. My dog is getting tacos when I get home, my beer was ice cold and delicious. First n last time I eat here. Great customer service I’ll give them that
