The Reserve location is the worst. I ordered two items for takeout and somehow the chips on the nachos were forgotten?? How in the world did you forget the main part of the dish? I used to love this place and could always get a great meal here. Now it just seems like everyone is high or checked out and the food is going down hill. If you go here make sure you check your bag before leaving. Whoever owns this place needs to get it back in gear or get out of the business.Featuring a picture of my delicious nacho toppings :) (what in the world is all that liquid from? Got half a scoop of beans because the tray ran out and instead of refilling the beans proceeded to put a couple pieces of cheese on burrito. the employee says I don’t know where the cheese is. I got a rolled up tortilla and was charged full price. What a joke south reserve

It was okay, but the girl that wrapped my burrito acted like she didn't have a single care in the world, was leaning on the food board with her dirty sweatshirt, throwing garbage around, wrapped my burrito terribly so it immediately fell apart. Please train her more, messy bun, green sweatshirt. On Tuesday, June 20th @2pm. Also, no napkins in any of the lobby dispensers.

Out of the 12 years that I've been going to del sols in Missoula I have never had this bad of an experience. They don't seem to have take-out figured out. They used paper bags for the burritos to go and the sauce from our order leaked all over me before the bag split open on me because of the sauce. Sauces and burritos in the bag weren't labeled. The cabbage and lettuce in the burritos and tacos were so wilted they tasted like they were decomposing. I couldn't eat any of it.
