I went to order a combo meal and an extra potatoes. I asked for green sauce and extra nacho cheese. I paid for my items and got them and then left. Once I got home and looked at my order I realized that the have given me the completely wrong order. I drove back to get the correct order that I paid for. Once I got into the lobby 4 workers were just standing around by the drive-thru window and one person was eating food from a bag that looks like that had gotten left behind. After a couple of minutes one of the girls finally came up and asked what I needed. I told her I was just there and that they had forgotten some items that I paid for and would like to get them. She looked at me like I was stupid. As I’m explaining to her was was left out the workers in the back were laughing and taking out the potatoes since the kid was eating them from the bag. She went to them to let them know what was going on and they were all still laughing at the fact that they had gotten orders wrong. She came back up and said “ thankfully it looks like the order was already bagged” I was baffled by the whole situation because they thought someone was going to come back for over half their order. Once I got home again we found out that everyone in the bag was the correct order but the burrito was inedible due to the fact that it had already been sitting there for 15 mins on their counter after I had come the first time. I have never had good service here but this has really topped the cake this time. The staff was rude. We sent about 21.00 on something that we were only able to eat the potatoes out of. We didn’t even know that we were given the wrong burrito I till the second bag because they never said anything to us. So hopefully we don’t get sick from it sitting out.

Ally is AMAZINGGG i’ve had her a few times when i go through the drive thru and she is just so sweet!!! We need more people like her in customer service you can tell she loves interacting with the customers!

A Missoula landmark! They have been open for generations for a reason! The Taco Bravo and Taco Burger are still as great as they always have been.
