We don’t have Taco John’s in our area (Western Washington) and I always look forward to a stop whenever we make it to Taco John’s country! Fantastic breakfast, as usual, with great service. This place was spic and span as well!

Had a very negative experience couplehe other night and the manager reached out to apologize to me on behalf of her crew member and made full amends. It's so nice to see places where management actually hold their employees to standards and implement ppropriate action when they're broken. Keep up that tight ship mam, you are doing a great job General Manager C. 👏 Thanks so much.

Took three tries to order food then still didn't get what we ordered. Used to love eating here. Was always our first choice. Latelynot so much. Sad. Foods still good just smaller servings.

Two cars in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get food. When a young man popped out the back door and pulled out a pot pipe I understood why it was taking so long. Asked for one bean burrito with no onions and extra lettuce, got a burrito with extra onions and no lettuce.

We did the drive through and while our order was correct the taco shells were stale and the flavor was bland. The worker was loudly complaining about being confused and we had to correct the total he was going to charge us. Maybe he was new? Instead of our larger fee he was going to charge a smaller one.

I will never order from this location again. I dont mind paying a little more for my food if its something i like. But when i order and they get it wrong not once but twice going through the drive through, when their lobby isnt open, and i have to wait to get something that i should have already gotten, only to be told that lettuce and guac do not come on the boss bowls, which they most assuredly do, then im not a very happy camper. The 1st time, i tried to call this location the let them know, and their phone doesnt even work, it say call can not be completed. Soooo frustrating

I leave reviews when I feel like my money and time have been waisted and here it was this evening. Sadly, two of the three items I ordered were wrong which sucks. I feel as though it could have been handled better if the workers were listening to me and checked me order. My tacos were not the right tacos and my potato oles were cold and spilt all over my bag. I sadly won’t be coming back here anymore.

I'm so disappointed the way I was just treated I'm a paying customer who eats here at least once a week and my order was messed up there phones have been down they looked at me like I was stupid they had no clue there phones didn't work I called them on my phone to show them.looked like they didn't carey order was messed up and I had to work o didn't have time to go back that same day.i just came back today the next day they told me they would not correct my food well if you can't honor customer service you lost two customers hope you lose business
