I usually don’t post bad comments until it’s worth posting about, yesterday we went through the drive-thru everything was explained well until we got up to the window to pay. The young lady at the cashier was a Debby Downer the whole time, never said a word or have a good day and the kids making our food were wearing dirty pajamas. (Sad faces) The food was pretty bad too, the chicken tacos is Not a taco more like a salad. Too much lettuce!! A few bad pieces in there as well...
Love the food and cheap eats if you wanna gamble at Emerald City, they will give you a deal, only two items are $1 each but it's good portions. Just know the machines only take $5s
30 years as Senior Management for fast food franchisees and I have never seen a better crew, professional, clean kitchen, fast and friendly! Two visits and both have been perfect!
