“I have been on the lookout for consistently good breakfast food since many of my local favorites have closed over the years. I consider high praise to say that Golden Yolk Griddle seems to be the replacement I’ve been looking for, for the Shack’s breakfast burritos.

My breakfast burrito was absolutely fantastic! I could taste the quality ingredients as well as the care put into my food. The avocado was fresh, not at all brown, the eggs were light and fluffy, and the bacon was sublime. Literally every aspect of the burrito was exceptional. I also greatly appreciated the chipotle sour cream - as it was not too spicy for me, which is often a problem.

The staff were kind, helpful, and gracious. They were happy to give me the time to decide what I wanted, as well as accommodating any question I had.

What a wonderful first dining experience! Definitely recommend to anyone who has a few extra minutes (ten for freshly made - heck yeah) to get one of the best breakfasts in town!“
